“I accidentally rented a unit in a extra storage there was not the one I thought it was. It had no Central air. They fixed that and allowed me to let another unit a block over everything is perfect . Thank you to the manager Sierra for walking me to my unit and explaining everything to me”
“I finally had the pleasure of meeting Ms Tammy after having had numerous calls from her regarding my paperwork.
At each discussion,
I made promises to arrive at the facility on certain dates /times to no avail.
She remained professional, patient and kind at every attempt.
When I finally saw her, i smiled because she held that same energy I felt over the phone. I said your Tammy right. She smiled and was so attentative, understanding and had a willingness to assist me with my concerns.
Excellent customer service rendered to me. I recommend friends& family to this Location.

I was so elated when meeting Jared , he assisted me after the heavy rain fall. I was unable to move my belongings from the storage on my own.

“I was prepared for the usual complications, aggravations & agonies when moving occurs , I’m astonished to say , it was the total opposite .
This organization ( the entire crew ) eases the situation from the start . It felt like a dream .. I didn’t need to take an advil or a shot of whisky afterwards. I actually grinned and celebrated as well as thank God for roadway .
