“We rented a car to make a driving tour of Maine and they provided us with an excellent car at a rate that was less than half of what Avis offered us even with the academic discount that I've had with Avis for over 10 years. They also allowed me to prepay the final refill of the gas tank at the cost in effect on the day of rental, so that we saved about $0.50 to $0.65 per gallon on fuel.
The people who work in the Cranbury, NJ office on Route 130 are friendly and informative.
This is the second time we've had a good experience with them and we will continue to rent from this office in the future.”
“Good old-fashioned service station: I needed to get air in my tires, which takes four quarters (naturally, I only had 3). I went to get change, unfortunately, I only had a $20 on me. The manager smiled & handed me a quarter out of his own pocket.
Afterwards, as a courtesy, I went ahead and got gas (even though I already had a nearly full tank).
I will gladly go here again.”

“2026 Memorial Day rental [May 22 - May 26] : Dustin Gogats - two words. Name of the manager who provided me the car and it was a 4 day rental booked via Hertz Rental Car website.
He explained me everything and provided me an upgrade. Very quick and easy, in and out on the Friday at 5 PM when it closes.
Returning now on Tuesday afternoon.

“Very happy and pleased with my purchase. I bought my Chevy Traverse from this dealership in December of 2021, it's been 13 months and the vehicle hasn't giving me any issues yet. Car was presentable and clean when I got there and I didn't even tell them I was coming. I had to negotiate the price because the car was in need of new tires which Jose understood and I believe I got a good deal. Vehicle had 102k miles on it but after test driving it I know it was a solid car. Thank you Jose for helping me get a nice comfortable and so far reliable car.”
“I got there not long before closing time , After having a rough day. I was worried that I was going to be rushed and or told to come back tomorrow. However, to my pleasant surprise, the girl working, Chanel, first of all had a pleasant vibe/energy, which almost instantly helped mecalm down. She made the renting experience the easiest I have ever had. I was out of there in less than 10 minutes with a rental and in a better mood than I was when I got there. She was professional, kind, understanding, knowledgeable, and sympathetic.
Mind you, it was a Saturday morning/Lunch shift.
The car I received her just come back from another customer 15 minutes ago and to my surprise again, it was clean and smelled good.
Never thought I would be leaving a review for a car rental place lol, but Chanel really made my day better. Thank you so much…
