92 Norwood Ave, Deal NJ 07723
“Not sure where all these bad reviews are coming from…I’ve been using this location for almost 10 years an I have never had an issue. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Post office is clean and there’s rarely a wait. The rest of the post offices in this area are absolute nightmares - this one and it’s staff are a saving grace.”

57 S Main St, Neptune City NJ 07753
“I thought I had previously reviewed this fantastic UPS store but I must not have. I want it recognized how GREAT the customer service is in this location! The gentleman that works here makes me want to be more customer friendly at my own job - that’s how great he is! If you worked here, you could never be mad his energy is so infectious! I mean he must see a lot of tired burned out crabby faces that just want to drop something to return or ship and cross it off their list- but these gentlemen do not match your energy that uplift it! It’s really refreshing and a real pleasure to do business with these guys! If customer service is number 1, this guy needs a huge raise! I want him to come work with me!!”

562 Broad St, Shrewsbury NJ 07702
“This is a satellite from Red Bank, a much larger post office and this does just as much business. Yet Red Bank will not allow more than one person to work here at a time so there are lines frequently. The mail person, Jaime, is absolutely superb in her handling of the job, professional, knowlegable and kind.”

“Angela the new post master went above and beyond when a package was received from a Boston post office. She called me right away to let me know it was my son's lost wallet. Then she had it sent directly to him. She has really cleaned up and organized the whole post office. Everything looks great. Gabby and Barbara are wonderful and so happy for Angela's leadership!”

“The USPS counter person Jack Kelly is extremely helpful. Had a big project we needed to mail out. Over 100 unique packages. Jack took the time to handle everything while continuing to help other customers. Even though I was there 45 minutes I never felt rushed. He was very Professional! Thanks for his assistance!”

3305 Fairmont Ave, Ocean NJ 07712
“After having a poor customer service experience in Asbury Park (where I've had many poor experiences), I have been delighted with the service at this Wanamassa/Ocean location. I am able to get in and out much faster, and the front end workers are generally much kinder and less stressed. My most recent experience on Saturday, June 13, 2020 at 12:53pm - the gentleman who helped me get my PO Box (I wish I knew his name - he is often there and on my receipt it says Clerk 07) could not have been more pleasant. Not only is the service better here, but the same size PO Box in Asbury Park cost over $100 more per year. I will continue to bring my business here.”

6 Hunt St, Rumson NJ 07760
“The BEST Post Office staffed by the friendliest and knowledgeable and most helpful team. They retrieved a Priority Mail package stuck in a doom loop (my bad, the address was not legible to a scanner) and brought it home! They really are the BEST!”

183 Locust Ave, West Long Branch NJ 07764
“I sent an Easter box to my son in Boston Massachusetts and was told it would get there the Saturday before Easter and the latest the Monday after Easter which I was okay with….well…it never got there. In fact , we thought maybe it was stolen at his place of residence. In addition, I couldn’t track the box because I lost the receipt. I decide to call West long Branch post office to see if anything could be done. Tammy was friendly and helpful and gave me hope. She took my name and number and how much I paid in the mail postage. The next day she called me and told me Consumer Affairs was helping her locate the box…the scanners had issues reading the bar codes(the box went to MA, back to NJ and then back to MA) and she was making sure the box would make it to my son. Tammy was so friendly and went out of her way to help….and it was so appreciated!!! There should be more people out there doing customer service jobs that have a personality, work ethic and friendly disposition as she does! Today, my son got the box!!!! Thank you Tammy!!! “My friend just told me that she goes to this UPS instead of Shrewsbury and instead of West Long Branch, because Red Bank has the most helpful and patient people working there. Thank you for treating your customers with such care, especially customers who have disabilities.”

“Repeating my review that didn't post: I'm going to the belmar post office for 50 years and now I've moved. I will miss all of your general concern for my postal needs. I will miss the friendly helpful voices over the phone. My wish to all you wonderful postal employees is that you stay healthy and safe and all those you hold near and dear to your heart as you risk your life to make ours better. Tom and Sheryl Dudek”

567 Broadway, Long Branch NJ 07740
“I’ve always had nice service at this location and it’s a really good place if you know your way around shipping. It is a smaller location so they aren’t as staffed as one of the bigger branch’s and they do close midday for lunch, they have the hours on the front door.”
