“I had the pleasure of being assisted by Crystal, and she was an absolute lifesaver! I was struggling to understand how to complete a wire transfer, and it was becoming quite frustrating. Crystal was incredibly patient, caring, and cheerful throughout the entire process. She took the time to walk me through everything step by step and made sure I fully understood what to do. Her kind demeanor put me at ease, and I hung up feeling so relieved, especially since this was a situation that needed to be addressed immediately. Crystal’s professionalism and positive attitude truly made a difference, and I’m so grateful for her help!”
“Applied Bank offers a good credit card for those of us with less than stellar credit. Just setup autopay and make sure you make you minimum monthly payments until you see autopay deduct from your checking account for the first time. This company really does try and I really appreciated them being there for me and my family in my time of need. I will suggest that Applied Bank updates their website as it's a bit tricky to navigate and yes I've run into issues making payments as well due to the system that they have in place... That being said, they are try to provide the best service possible to all of their members and I truly believe this. If you run into issues making a payment online, just call them up and make a payment over the phone.”

“I love this place. I've been banking there for years. They know you by name and spend a lot of time with you reviewing options when it comes to taking out a loan. The credit card rate can't be beat. They've even called me when a payment was late to see if I want to pay it over the phone. You get to speak with real people, not just recordings. We've had several car loans and an equity loan through them. Their rates are very competitive.”
