“Pretty decent truck stop. They open at 6am. The people working there are always so nice. They have a nice selection of food. And parking usually isn’t an issue. The only thing that’s a little annoying is that they only have 1 porta potty outside for drivers. Other than that it’s a pretty decent place :)”

No disappointment, but be careful, there's another Sal's Automotive in Wilmington, you want to make sure you go to Sal's on Lancaster Ave (Citgo Station) across from Dunkin donuts.”

“I absolutely love this BP.. I know almost everyone by first name . Mohamad is a an excellent young man who has great customer service and who is very well, liked well mannered, and respectful. I can walk to the BP near my house however I will drive to this specific one because of the cleanliness and the atmosphere is welcoming . And on other note my kids never let me pass this place without getting some water ice or ice cream. Affordable prices/deals for sure.”

“At this location there's usually a couple homeless guys sitting at the corner of the front of the store next to the garbage cans, but they don't bother or even try to interact with anybody. I visit this one every other week after dinner with friends to fill up with gas because it's significantly cheaper than Pennsylvania, which is a few miles up route 202. Twice in the past year I've witnessed somebody filling duffle bags with energy drinks from the coolers and then running out the door. Notified staff as it was happening both times, but either they don't call the police or the DE State Police have lousy response times... Still feel perfectly safe there though!”

“Like I said before this gas out performs all the cheap gas that is under 87 octane such as Wawa, Liberty, Speedway, Marathon, Sam's Club, and Karco. Please people don't be a fool for buying gas from these stations because all they sell is undefined gas. This cheap gas will definitely destroy your engine performance and soon or later you have to replace your engine soon for a rebuilt.”

“Don’t judge me but I can’t lie - the food here is bangin! Yes, it’s at a gas station. Yes, it’s in the hood. But 2 things: food hits the spot and they are open and serving until 11pm. Service is good too. They are always friendly and don’t mind if you like your food a particular way. I used to be hooked on their chicken tenders and fries (don’t start judging me now, lol) loaded with salt, pepper, ketchup and a lil bbq sauce on the side and their cheesestakes, But now I love their fish platter! It’s $10 for serveral pieces of whiting fish and side of fries. I would have posted a picture of my fish platter but I ate it up so fast, I forgot. So good - but again not so healthy but great for those times I don’t feel like cooking meal but I want something fried. Sometimes the airfryer just don’t cut it. Dip my fish and chicken tenders in a batch of fresh grease! Oh and let me add, all food is cooked to order and is served in a to go box piping hot!! Love that. By the time I get home, it’s still hot! Oh and the fries. They are the thick crinkle kind. They also make breakfast foods, hoagies, cheesesteaks in all variations, and a bunch of other menu options. But no pork. You can call and place your order too! And just like any other corner store tons of chips, snacks, candy, fresh muffins, sodas and juices, toilet paper, and other things you may need around the house to make due until you get to a larger store. The only draw back is the location (hence the 4 stars). If you are not comfortable in the hood (I hate that I have to mention this) then 1) go during the day; 2) send someone else who is; 3) call and order, then go in and get out; or 4) skip this adventure. No one will bother you but I can understand your concerns. Nevertheless, this Surburban girl will be back!”

“Good evening Family. I visited for the first time today. I had just left the Edge Fitness Club in Pike Creek for a dynamite cardio workout on the treadmill, took a hot shower and then I headed to Acme to pick up a few items. Then to Wegman's to pick up my lunch, from the Asian hot bar. I love that Asian hot bar!!! Then I needed to stop and purchase gas and this was the first gas station that I passed enroute to my house. So I stopped and bought $20.00 worth of gas. Now I have a full tank of gas and I am so delighted and now I am on my way to my home sweet home. Dave was the Exxon associate who assisted me today. Dave was kind and cordial and asked if I wanted my receipt and I said yes. Have a good night, workout, be fit and fabulous, active and mobile especially for people over 50 years of age.”

“I will never order another Italian subs from here. Mine was horrible! I think they forgot majority of the Italian meats, all mine had on it was provolone cheese, bologna and 2 slices of ham, way to much oil (when i ordered lite oil). I did have a 5 star on my last review, and that's because the one Latino guy there, he makes some bussing cheesesteaks.”

“BJ's is my go to when I'm visiting in the New Castle, Delaware area. On Dupont Hwy adjacent to the New Castle Airport, I can pay $4.67/gal. as opposed to $5.59/gal and $5.99/gal for 93 octane gas at certain gas stations in Delaware and in Philadelphia where I am from. It's a pleasure to fill up here when I'm in the area.”

“I got food here. There was a Hispanic woman handling everybody's order. I dont know her name, but she made the most amazing food. My original thought was that gas station food will taste terrible but she made everything from scratch and it taste better than burgers I've had at restaurants. I really hope they keep the buy 1 get 50% off deal for 2 burgers, because for 14 dollars I got some incredible food. Very grateful. Definitely will be back again.”

“Owners have opened a liquor store right in the same compound. Don’t need to go elsewhere for gas and liquor. Friendly people and the gas prices are competitive. Fora start up venture the store both liquor and convenience have good selection. I would definitely go again!”

Fun dact: years ago i locked my keys in my car time and had to leave my var there and go to work until i was able to get my spare key and they gave me no issue about it. I appreciate the make over with the chip readers for the gas pumps too as its great for protecting my information.”
“Yes. Sunoco was 449 per gallon this one was only 385 plus the service is much better I went to Sunoco first waited about 4 minutes nobody came outside went just down the road to this gas station it was cheaper the man was waiting and the service was great”

“It was very busy on my way to work. I pulled into Phillips 66 real wuick for gas. The employee was very busy, but came right up to pump my gas. I was happy because the gas was also only $2.70 a gallon for unleaded. I will return back to Phillips 66 for gasoline in the future.”
