“My husband and I recently completed the 6-week puppy training class with trainer Chrissy. My husband and I were very pleased with the whole process. We learned 2-3 commands each class. We learned everything we wanted to know in regards to training our puppy as well as a few extra commands. She gave us step by step instructions for us to practice at home and while on walks. During class, Chrissy would show us how the command is done and then have us give it a try while she provided helpful feedback. If we still had a few problem areas, we would go over it some more at the next class. So far, our puppy has been doing well with the training exercises at home. We look forward to booking another 6 week class with Chrissy soon. I highly recommend Chrissy for all of your puppy/dog training needs.”

“This is Nancy the groomer at Wow and have been here since the store and grooming opened. First let me tell everybody there have been rumors that are prices are going to be increased well that is not going to happen. We have charged the same prices since we opened and we still use alll the same products. We do use a blueberry facial shampoo on all dogs. We also have special shampoos for different grooms we do, such as dashed shampoo and conditioner for a deshead groom other products we use are oatmeal and honey shampoos with dogs that have skin conditions. We also use rose water conditioner. We do teeth gel on every dog. The other prices and agreed with both Nancy and Nick. Nick is very knowledgeable with dogs cats for products food , feel free to ask him any questions and he will help you. He is a certified vet tech and a certified dog trainer and behaviorist, I am a certified pet groomer, I have never had a problem with tips and pay I also receive a spreadsheet of work of “dogs done and prices charged every week. I am very happy working here. I decided to live Petco and came here.”
“I recently had an emergency situation caring for a friend's dogs after he suffered an emergency medical situation. Diamond dog food company donated some dog food to assist in the situation and I was told to go there and pick up the food. When I got there the employees were very empathetic and helpful”

“We had a wonderful first grooming of our rescue dog. I am so glad I found a groomer that does not crate with caring and loving staff. My dog was a little shaky when we went in, since he's a bit shy at new places/ with new people. When I went to pick him up , he was as happy as can be and looked so handsome! He is a very happy boy! “I love coming to bird paradise I don’t mind driving an hour to get the food and toys for my eclectus. Everyone there is always very helpful but it’s alway a pleasure to see Phillis there. “I have an elderly cat with hyperthyrodism and failing kidneys. Needs prescription diet which she will not eat. The owner has taken a lot of time with me, introducing me to brands low in phosphorous that my cat enjoys. The owner is a veterinarian, used to be a research vet in nutrition. She also carries toys, treats, kibble and canned food for dogs. The store is very attractively organized and the owner and employees helpful and knowledgeable.”

Benfield Hospital is also right there connected to the PetSmart store, providing well visits and treatment for any ailment your little friend may have. All I need is right there! “Was really shocked at how big this petco was. I usually go to the other one on Street rd and knights, as its closer to me, but definitely gonna travel a bit further for this one. Bigger selection, clean, and employees are nice. They have a bigger selection of fish and they even have salt water fish at this location! They also had birds, small animals like hamsters, snakes, geckos and cats and ferrets. Definitely recommend coming here.”
