“Had such an amazing experience with this post office thanks to Telisha! The post office is not even the local office for my address but she still was super helpful to me. My local post office was closed on Saturday and she helped me in a stressful situation. She took down my information in case the package did come back to her location. This morning, Telisha gave me a call to let me know South Hackensack had loaded it on the truck and it would be delivered today. She went above and beyond to help me and I’m very grateful for her amazing customer service!”

“I’ve been coming to this Post Office Monday through Friday for the past 10 years, and the improvement over the last few months has been incredible. Since the new Postmaster, Ms. Masia, stepped in, everything runs so much more efficiently. Ms. Soniya at the counter is fantastic—always friendly, helpful, and welcoming with a smile. It really makes a difference when you’re there regularly. Another huge bonus is the newly designated parking specifically for the post office, which makes visits even more convenient. It’s clear there’s been a positive change here, and it’s very much appreciated!”

“We came to the Little Ferry USPS on a Saturday to get fingerprinted for a background check because my wife and I both work during the weekdays and don’t really have time then. At first, another employee started processing our information, but after realizing it was Saturday, stopped and told us fingerprinting normally isn’t done on Saturdays and asked us to come back during the week. We understood and were about to leave. Then an employee named Aisha stepped in and kindly said she would help us anyway. She was extremely patient, professional, and genuinely kind throughout the whole process. With a young child and busy schedules, her willingness to help us that day meant a lot. I normally don’t leave reviews, but her kindness and customer service truly stood out. Thank you again, Aisha!”

“The gentleman that has been there for years is carrying this post office on his back!! He’s the nicest person I have ever encountered that works at a post office. Usually these people are rude and disgusting for no reason. I forgot his name but he is a light skinned black man. I ship packages at least 10 times a week and I specifically stand and wait for him. He should train these incoming employees so they can see how to treat people. Give him a raise immediately!”

“I have a PO Box at this location, and was expecting a package. However, the tracking info was giving me a different PO location. I went to the window and had the pleasure of speaking to Mr. Javier Velazquez. Mr. Velazquez listened and explain to me in detail the process, why I was receiving a different PO location. He checked my info and retrieved my package. I left the PO with my package (I thought it lost). Mr. Velazquez wasn't nasty and didn't have an attitude. He was very helpful and informative.
