“I had an issue with my vehicle the other night and called a few places, didn’t get anyone to answer, but when I got to Nick’s towing they answered, were very polite and professional. They sent the truck out and it showed up in about 20 minutes to a half hour great service. The driver even helped me push my car into the driveway I highly recommend this towing company”

“You’re a fool if you choose any other auto body shop other than Rich’s!! I needed a new side view mirror and was told a brand new one would be $1,500. Vinny was able to locate a used one in perfect condition for $375 and had it painted to match. Installed while I waited in under 30 minutes. HUGE shout out to Vinny, Rich, Bob and Tommy!!

“Initially I was angry because it took forever to get it done, because It was a minor accident, but unknown to me there were more damage under the hood. When I went to pickup the car, I was so impressed with the work, both outside and under the hood. They know their stuff.
Few things to know:
1. They work directly with insurance, so if you know your insurance is not the best, look for another local mechanic.
2. It takes a while to fix the car, if you do not have that patience, look for another place... However, trust me you won't be disappointed at the end.
3. You get update through text message (not everyday), but if you give them a call for update, they will always answer your call.
4. They provide a web-link where you can see your repair estimate and track the progress... The 1st week estimate is not the final, keep that in mind... Most likely end of 2nd week you get exact estimate for the repair.
Highly recommend.”

“When insurance companies tell you that they’re going to be there for you, don’t believe them because they’re just a bunch of liars, but do you know who’s really going to be there for you? Bergen Brookside, yup, these people are amazing. They helped me from start to finish, dealt with the people from insurance, handled the rental and got the job done in a timely manner. My car looks amazing and they even washed it for me! If you decide to bring your car here just know that you’re in the hands of good and honest people, plus they’re GREAT at what they do.”

“These guys are the real deal! After a week of calling multiple companies in the Bronx to remove a unauthorized car from my property I was able to find these guys online. Every other company I spoke with either gave me the run around or never called me back. I dealt with John who handled the situation for me within 15 minutes. Sent him the address, signed paperwork, and they were at the property ready to go. Wish I found these guys earlier. Highly recommend working with them. “A great experience here! Had my car inspected, just moved here and needed it for registration. Issues with my car and Rob and Dalton were so helpful, gave me sound advice on what to do. I need a new car and they gave me suggestions about different minivans! After all they did for inspection did not charge me since my car had issues !
