“I went to the AT&T store in Deptford, NJ, just across from the mall to see about an upgrade from my iPhone 8Plus. As soon as I walked in Kevin the assistant store manager greeted me right away I explained my upgrade needs and he took it from there!Kevin was personable, knowledgeable and gave me a great customer service! As a retired Marine he made sure I received the discounts I earned - even being a AAA member got me a discount - as well as the retired ID card cause I didn’t have a copy of my DD-214 which not many of us retired military may not carry around with them but I will have in my car from now on. Overall I received SUPERB customer service from Kevin who from the moment I walked in treated me with respect, that I was important! If ya need a upgrade in the Deptford/Glassboro NJ area,go see Kevin in his well run AT&T store!”

“Without getting into too much detail, I was given the runaround by customer care for two days. I walked into this location and was greeted by Aaron who was very accommodating to my (and my 11 month old in a car seat) needs.He could tell I was flustered, and quickly helped me acquiring the information I needed. Aaron ran into the same road block I had been hitting, and very diplomatically took care of the situation. I truly can’t thank him enough.Not to be dramatic but Aaron truly made my day better.Thank you so much Aaron! You’re amazing”

“I mean..soooo are there people out there that dislike Target? Can't be! lol. Anyway, I was in the area shopping and had to see if there was a Target nearby. I think the ONLY gripe I have with any Target is that their appliances are almost always much more expensive than anywhere else. A Keurig at Walmart can be $79, here at Target it's $100 and I don't get it. This location's women's section left much to be desired. Messy and a small selection. Customer service was great when I needed help finding Method cleaning products. Towards the back of the store was a bit odd because it looked like aisles of totally random things. In one group of aisles were vitamins, then the next aisle was toilet paper and snacks.. Perhaps it was overstock or something.”
