“We meant to post this review months ago when we were on vacation, but were recently reminded of the great service we received back in July. My family and I were driving to the shore for vacation, when our van overheated. We managed to stop at Mavis, and let the van cool a bit, but they did not have a tech onsite that day to fix the issue and sent us to Corner Stone. They were wonderful and offered us cold drinks, as it was 90 degrees out and our children were already tired by this point. They prioritized our vehicle since we were stranded at the moment, showed us where we could walk to nearby for food, and were able to have our van fixed as quickly as possible. We still managed to get to the shore and enjoy the rest of our vacation thanks to the quick service Corner Stone offered us!”

They are very professional. they know what they doing never had any issues with my vehicle always come out of here with a smile keep up the good work guys you guys are excellent. Also one thing I do love about them is that they don't add extra stuff they make sure you get what you need for your vehicle.”
“Jiffy lube has now included some additional checks including light checks prior to performing your actual service. Rather than just telling you you need new filters such as air or cabin filters, they show you how dirty your existing ones are compared to what the new ones look like.
My experience at this particular location was okay, I wasn't offered to sit in the waiting area with my partner, and we decided to get out ourselves. The floor of the shop was oily with new oil which poses a danger even for the employees.
Other than that, employees were nice and informative and service speed is always fast”
“My son’s car had an oil leak. Angelo told me it wasn’t a major or expensive problem-just a part that cost a few dollars. Many other places/mechanics would have charged an arm and a leg and would have lied about the problem with my son’s car.Angelo was extremely busy and still fit us in. He is definitely the best mechanic and most honest around!”
“Car is in good working order after the visit. I was definitely sticker shocked after I received the bill, the work performed here is quality and the turn around was fast. I feel I got what I paid for and they are honest. At the end of the day the money is worth the peac of mind to me.”

“Customer service at the store was excellent. However, when I went today to get my car serviced it was 93 degrees out. There was no air conditioning in the customer lounge, or anywhere in the building. I appreciate the workers, they managed to get my vehicle in and out in under the time that they promised. They also were able to recommend a decent place to eat nearby so that I could sit in air conditioning while waiting.”

“Fast quick service with helpful employees. I did not have any mechanical problem there. At the end, I receive the sticker to remind me when I should get my next oil change. I receive email coupons for the services. I take a screen shot and the Glassboro shop had a problem but finally was able to accept the screen shot coupon I earned online.”

I am rarely blown away by the response of owners/managers on negative reviews. The owners of this location and mainly the District Manager was PHENOMINAL. Within a few days of my initial post, I was speaking to the District Manager and he was remarkable, empathetic to my situation and instead of arguing with me, he listened and even provided areas of improvement for his location to implement.
I still may not be ready to visit this location, BUT I will definitely visit another Jiffy Lube location owned by this brand. Great job Team! way to retain customers in a world where people don't care about anything.”
