I brought my car in to have the air conditioner checked and to investigate a noise coming from the front driver’s side, which may be related to the strut mount. Chris was incredibly thorough and explained everything clearly as he worked through what he was experiencing with the car. He was extremely patient with all of my questions, never made me feel rushed, and did not try to push any unnecessary repairs or services on me. He gave me an honest and BEYOND-FAIR assessment of the situation, and I was genuinely floored by how pleasant and stress-free the entire experience was. It is not always easy to find a mechanic you feel you can truly trust, but this experience more than guaranteed that I will never take my car anywhere else again. “I've been coming here for inspection and maintenance for years. This is definitely one of the best shops around. It's almost always pretty busy so it's best to call ahead to schedule appointment. There's no dedicated parking lot (like most shops in Philly), but there's plenty of street parking nearby when dropping off the vehicle. They always explain if there's any fixes needed and get your approval before doing any work. They never try to push any unnecessary services or charge any surprise fees. A++”
“These guys are great!!! We just dropped in with our small motorhome because it was showing a low tire on the inside rear of the dually. They helped us right away! Filled all 6 tires to the suggested factory air, and felt that the sensor was messed up. We will probably take it back in ( with an appointment this time!), to have them fix the the sensor issue.”

“I had a slow leak in my tire and stopped in to make an appointment. They were able to take it in right away, no appointment needed. They found a nail in my tire, removed it and plugged it. They did not try to sell me a new tire unnecessarily or try to up-sell any other services. Super quick service and very friendly front desk associate. We will definitely use them again!”
“The Echelon team, both sales and service have always been courteous, knowledgeable and most of all friendly. Communications during service visits are efficient and fast whether in person or via text. I have been a customer since the 1990s both leasing and buying cars during this time. My most recent service and experience was in August of 2026, an oil change and recommended maintenance on the vehicle I purchased this past January. I still have only positive things to say about the Echelon team.”
“A stop in for some tires. I reached out a day before and they had the tires ordered and there first thing in the morning. I had some things to do and they worked with my schedule and had me on the jacks almost as soon as I pulled in. I asked some advice from the tech who handled the questions with experience. Now, I will say I love to come here for the service, but I also ask them to SLOW down a little so I have a chance to walk up the street to Freddy’s for some authentic local cuisine. Lately my favorite as been the morcilla, but I still have to get the ribs, chicken and rice. If you need tires, and need them fast with no hassle and top notch quality, you HAVE to go to Family Tire Center”
“I'd like to give kudo's to the store in Clementon NJ for their generous help yesterday.
I was putting air in my tires at their shop and this thing blew off.
Not only did they fix this for FREE but they also put the frozen food I had in my trunk in their freezer for me so it didn't melt.
Wonderful people who helped me in a desperate pinch.

“This was my first time going to Matthey Automotive. I would normally take my car to a mechanic in Westmont but they have a new front office coordinator and I have been considering going to another mechanic. My parents recommended Matthey. Overall, it was a good experience. My car was ready yesterday and it seems to be running well. The price was within $100 of the estimate I got from the other mechanic. The front office coordinator I met is Carl. He seems like a nice guy and I especially liked his bakery recommendation!
I don’t think I will bring my car back to the Westmont mechanic.

“Another great experience here. Came in with a brake and possible suspension issue. It was stumping me even after prompting AI. Ed's guesses lined up with with what AI was saying but he said it was still a guess and didnt want me spending $1000 on a guess. A couple more symptoms showed, I told Ed and it solidified his first hunch. Really thankful for his patience and care and not gouging me on the price. Car is in top shape now. Thanks Ed!”

“I have been dealing with Mr. Tire of Glassboro for about 10 years. The Michael Buchanan and his team always go above and beyond for their customers. This time I dealt with Assistant Manager Cameron and was treated with the same respect as usual. When I got their they were swamped with work, so I wasn’t sure if they would be able to accommodate me, They fit me in and I got the tires I needed and was on my way in about 2 hrs. This is my tire shop as I feel they are the best in the business.”
“BEST SERVICE EVER!!! I’m 5 months pregnant and have 2 toddlers at home. So when my car battery stopped working this morning it was the last thing I needed to happen. I called around to different shops early in the morning and came across this one. The man who answered the phone was eager to help and told me I can come by right away. Mind you this was like 8 am. I dropped off my car and was told they will look at it today. Later in the day, not only did they figure out the problem, but they got me a new battery and put it in!!! So before they closed my issue was not only diagnosed but also fixed at an extremely good price!!! They went above and beyond what I could’ve asked for and made it possible to me to be able to drive my kids to daycare tomorrow and get to my doctor’s appointment. I will definitely be back anytime anything is wrong with my car and i recommend this shop to anyone needing help with their car!!! Thank you so much!!!”

“I only go to Blatt’s when I have an issue with my tires. Over the years, they’ve provided consistently excellent service. Slow leak in my right rear: the dealer could find no issue. Blatt found a crack in the rim in like three minutes and had it repaired within two days”
“There is a guy who works here by the name of Alex who gave me really great service today. He fixed my tire. He is honest and he didn’t try to jip me just because I’m a female. Very very reasonable price. Fast service. He even went as far as filling air in all four of my tires. I recommend this place for any tire service. (I also recommend bringing cash to save from card service fees)”
