I recently lost my phone so I had to get a throw away I had absolutely no idea how to buy what to buy and how to set up however rudell helped me with everything beginning to end he was so nice which is rare... every time I go in there he is the most pleasant......so shout out to rudell...

In all honesty, the majority of these negative reviews are from either technologically deficient people who refuse to touch a computer, or really unempathetic folk who realize pharmacies can't magically change the drive thru line.It's a CVS. Find out if your prescription is ready beforehand, and actually walk into the store.
