They gave me advice on what to do, and right now my ps5 is connecting to the wifi. They advised me for completely free and solved my problem. I would recommend to come here for service and for advice on electronics. I felt it was an honest and straightforward store.”
“I purchased a pre-owned iPhone 14 Plus to upgrade my mother's old iPhone 8 Plus. I transferred everything myself, but activation/transferring her active line to the 14 Plus was still required. Since newer models are eSIM-only, I knew it wouldn’t be straightforward. I could have handled it on My Verizon online, but that likely would’ve meant dealing with customer service via phone and wasting time.
This shop is only a block from my place, so on the way to dinner with my mom we stopped in. Patrick and Kyu activated the device quickly and without any issues. Supporting a local business is an easy choice when the service is efficient and reliable—highly recommended.”

Ive been an AT&T customer for a while and have been to a handful of stores & have worked with many associates, but this Montvale location has been the best one. “The staff was lovely. I came in to ask about an upgrade phone for my son. They were able to assist me and provide me with a plan with all details if I decided to upgrade. We thought about it and came back two days later to upgrade and take advantage of the Black Friday Deal. We ended up updating 2 phones to the new Iphone 17 Pro Max, we got 2 iPads and a great deal for our trade in phones.
Every one was very friendly, provided great service and ensured all our questions and concerns were addressed. They provided many options, deals and geared us to make a great choice both in value and within our budget.”
