“As a new homeowner, I am not very handy at all. Was not sure even sure what to do with a snowblower I was given (does this thing even work? how do I turn it on?)From the very first call, this place went above and beyond. Debbie called me at least 5 times to coordinate pickup and drop off (due to my busy travel schedule)- she was super flexible, informative, and understanding of my needs- and she left so much important detail in her messages to me. For example, I had to suddenly go into the city on the scheduled drop off date, and she found a way to get my drop off scheduled for the next day so I could be there for it- and she also coordinated with the delivery tech to make sure he stopped to show me how to actually use the machine. She did this with minimal contact with me as I was in meetings all day.The tech that picked up and dropped off the snowblower gave me extremely detailed instructions on how to use the machine as was well as tips to take care of it and avoid future issues. Either Debbie told him I had no idea what I was doing, or he could just sense it from my questions- but he did a great job of giving me dumbed down instructions without being condescending or making me feel like an idiot.My experience from my first call to payment and receipt of my machine was exceptional and painless. I was listened to, prioritized, and treated with kindness and respect. I will be using them again for any equipment needs, and recommend you do too- especially if you are intimidated by machines/equipment/are not handy.”

“I'm glad I used Google to find this location. My husband only want to use Benjamin Moore paint and this location has the paint and all the extras that you will need. I parked in the front but there is even more parking spaces in the back. The staff was friendly. The lady that helped me did everything from getting the paint, ringing me up and even brought the two 5 gallons of paint directly to the car and placed them inside ?. She lifted the gallons up effortlessly.
When I got home I thought I could do the same thing.
No!
My neighbors Ring camera probably recorded my struggle. ? I will let the contractor remove the remaining gallon from the car.”
“Awesome option for tools and gadgets. Good prices and good deals even though recently they haven't come up with good deals and prices are rising. Some stuff you can't find because they are a bit limited many items are missing but they have a lot of options. The Member's Club is not what it used to be, deals are mostly on stuff people don't buy or need.”

“I guess a few years ago they changed the formula for their pigments, and last year I came here and bought the paint that a lot of my house was done in, but it didn’t match at all. I didn’t use it, and brought it back almost a year later, along with a sample of my existing paint, and they matched it most excellently without any additional charge. The woman who helped me was extremely nice, and definitely earned my return business. Thanks for your help. It’s a near perfect match.”

“I had to ask for help finding an item. The staff member was a bit rude at first but I think they way I handled it by not reacting and still giving respect changed his attitude. At the end he looked up my item in the computer and went as far as walking me to it, asked if I needed a cart, etc. At the end all turned out great. I left with all my item and a smile. Yes I would return as the place is clean and they have most things in stock.”
