“Without a doubt, this is the absolute best Home Depot in the area! The customer service is incredible, and everyone goes out of their way to both provide assistance, as well as resolve issues. I have NEVER encountered a better managed store than Home Depot in Montville.5 Stars!”

“Typical Home Depot. For some reason that I do not understand, every Home Depot carries a different style of kitchen cabinets. It's Hit or Miss no matter which one you go to. The staff was extremely helpful. However, they really need to keep up with their stock as far as kitchen cabinets. Also, for some reason their bathroom sinks that have a backsplash is separate from the entire sink. In other words, the sinks with a backsplash have a separate slab that you have to install. Which quite frankly I don't understand. I thought this was Home Depot and not a Kia where I have to assemble a bathroom sink.”

“My office building had a partial power outage and lost lighting in many offices. While I was too busy to run over to the store for some temporary work lights, I made a call to Ace. Not only did they have several lights and extension cords in stock, Mitch and the team had them delivered in mere minutes. Needless to say, this is just one of many reasons why we have been using Anchor Ace for several years. They always save the day!”

“This store is the best store I've been to in years. I was asked if I needed help by at least 8 people. Will and Joe did help me by cutting plexiglass and pointing out products I needed. The lamp I brought in on Monday to be repaired was fixed quickly at a fair price. I will definitely return because of the nice, friendly, and helpful staff. Thank you again.”

“The team at General Plumbing Supply was great during my recent master bathroom renovation. This was a project I had poured my heart into for months, and I needed guidance on a few final decisions, particularly around lighting and mirrors. Jaclyn Neusner was a pleasure to work with-cheerful, patient, and incredibly helpful every step of the way. I also truly appreciated the back-office team, who handled every detail with care, including a few exchanges along the way. Their thoughtful, “old school” approach and personal attention were a breath of fresh air especially in a world when so many interactions have become faceless! I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. Thank you so much!”

“I called Wallington Plumbing Supply to speak to someone to help me find a replacement part for my toilet. Allen was the sweetest, most helpful person I’ve ever had the pleasure to deal with. He took the time to listen to my problem and did the research to locate the part that would fit my toilet. He went above and beyond and even texted me the pictures of the parts. He brought a smile to my face… Thank you again Allen for your patience and your kindness…?”

“I’m in the Johnstone florham park location almost on a daily basis and just wanted to share how impressed i am with everyone on there staff I have had at least one interaction with literally everyone there and they are the kindest most helpful group of people I’ve ever delt with at a supply house through out my 20 years in the trade I would also like to give a special shout to Brian D at the counter. He is one of my main contacts there and has exceeded expectations from day one. He’s eager to help when I call with tough or stupid questions and some how always gets me the parts or the answers I need even with the lack of information I usually have. “Awesome option for tools and gadgets. Good prices and good deals even though recently they haven't come up with good deals and prices are rising. Some stuff you can't find because they are a bit limited many items are missing but they have a lot of options. The Member's Club is not what it used to be, deals are mostly on stuff people don't buy or need.”

“My local Ace Hardware store is much more like a mom and pop shop(which I love!)rather than their huge competitors! If they don’t have what I need, they will order it for me. The staff was incredibly helpful with finding the products that I needed along with using one of their 50% off coupons.”

They were very accommodating with working around my schedule for delivering the materials. The delivery was very professional and organized. I was impressed! Not a drop and run like some places. The deck still looks great months later! I can't recommend this place enough! And be sure to say hi to Sox, the store cat, when you stop by!”

She helped us put together tiles for two of our bathrooms and they turned out beautiful. You can get a range of tiles as far as price and style from here. We needed to go very economical on one of our bathrooms, and Diane did not hesitate for a moment to find us tiles within our price range. Definitely make a visit if you are in need of tiles!”
