“I am having difficulty adjusting the firmness of my bed. My app gave me a number to call for assistance. The Number connected me with my local store in East Hanover, New Jersey. James answered and explained that he’s a sales person, but would help me as much as he could. He was terrific. He worked with me for over 45 minutes trying different things . Unfortunately, nothing worked. He finally sent me a number for Customer Service. That number is different from the Customer Service number I had been given previously so I now have two ways to try and get more help. James, it’s a very pleasant and hard-working employee.”

I was a bit confused where the comforter sets stopped and a super friendly and knowledgeable woman Elaine helped me so much. I’m a repeat customer here and it’s way more organized than home goods. That makes a huge difference. Everything in order and clearly labeled areas. In other stores for home decor are sometimes mislabeled or out of place - not here.
