“I had to get last minute shoes for an event and came into the store right when it was about to close. My husband and I felt really bad for doing so, but Chris went above and beyond. I showed her the outfits I was planning on wearing and she brought me several pairs in two sizes until I can find a perfect and very comfortable shoe.”
“Has some winter sales now, 20-40% off, plus an additional 30% off if you are a member (free membership, just have to sign up for it). Have to check sizes, sleeve lengths - aren't always consistent between same sizes of different styles.”
“I rarely do any shopping in DSW anymore do to horrible Customer Service experiences and Lack of Selection for my tastes. I happen to be at the Mall with my family, and to kill time I decided to head in and look around. I actually found a pair of shoes that I liked and wanted to possibly purchase. I couldn't find anyone to help so I headed over to the checkout, either way I would find the price (multiple stickers on the shoe box) or I could just leave them their. The young lady at the front, Amaya was an excellent help. Not only was she able to quickly research the proper price of the shoes but also engaged me and my wife in small talk while we waited. I know it may not seem like much, but so often I have encounters that make me feel as if I'm bothering an employee. All this just to thank Amaya and let DSW know that it was her Customer Service that has changed my opinion about shopping their stores.”
“I have to say Gaby is the best in customer service I have encountered at any mall. She greeted me as soon as I walked in, she was fast and veryyy friendly while I was there she took care of me and other customers but came back to check up on me serval times. I had to ask her for her name because I absolutely loved her energy. I try to avoid American Dream mall but if I need to go to journeys next time I will definitely come back to this location.”
“Yesterday I went to the Vans store to purchase shoes for my son. There were two attendants who were super. First one was named Mel and the second was named Kalen. These two people were great. They were super friendly, so patient, and really helped me. They took their time to talk to me and made sure that I got what I wanted. They were truly concerned with me finding the right pair of shoes, not just making an easy sale. If you go to this store, ask for Mel and Kalen. They were great!”
