“We originally rented a car out of the Newark airport Avis, but 3 tires were inflated to 55 psi and the other had a slow leak. We went to Sunny at the Avis desk at our hotel and he took care of us with a swap. We spoke to many customer service representatives who all did nothing, but the manager at the Avis desk at our hotel (Sunny) was extremely helpful.”
“This Avis Branch is exceptionally better than all the other branches I’ve been to.
Shmuel was very professional… and got things done fast… right… and with pleasure
Ty S for me having such a good and smooth experience .”
“Quick and easy. Rental office is located inside the Sheraton ... It takes a moment to find it if you're not familiar with the location. Other than that, the staff was friendly and the truck I rented was clean.”
