“i came to long branch ,nj i bought a used crown vic from the police dept, i need a car to go 20 miles above to get a temp tag to drive the car back ,i had problems getting tag and got it late so i had to spend the night in a hotel room , i got the car and i dropped of the rental car and asked if the service manager if they could help me with a ride to my new car at the police dept 5 miles away they gladly help saving me a cab ride i was so thankful they did the price for the rental car was great the service was excellent . i would recommend this location if want great want great prices on car rental and service”
“We originally rented a car out of the Newark airport Avis, but 3 tires were inflated to 55 psi and the other had a slow leak. We went to Sunny at the Avis desk at our hotel and he took care of us with a swap. We spoke to many customer service representatives who all did nothing, but the manager at the Avis desk at our hotel (Sunny) was extremely helpful.”
