Their prices are always very reasonable, and never once have they tried to upsell or bait-and-switch me. “I had an issue with the air conditioning in my car, I stopped by the nearest mechanic shop to have it checked out which happened to be Johnson Service Center in Hackensack. Jimmy the mechanic and owner told me to pull it in the driveway of the shop and he’d have a look. At the time, I noticed he had other projects going on so I thought for sure he was gonna take a look and schedule an appointment for a later date, however he told me he could fix it in 30 minutes and asked if now was a good time to start. He hooked up my car, I waited a little less than 30 mins and I was on my way! Highly recommend this body shop, and grateful that Jimmy was so quick and accommodating, despite his busy shop! Will be using him for all future mechanical needs!”
