“I had urgent visit to this vet today and was very impressed with service provided . Exceptional accommodations and out of all first time I met doctor who acted like doctor and not sales person. I have an exiting vet but considering moving to this vet for all my lovely dog needs. I strongly recommend this place based on my urgent visit today, it is very personal and heart breaking to see your dog sick but they understood and took care of the issue. Great job ! Thank you”

“Louie had an encounter with a raccoon, so I took him to the vet. We met our new veterinarian and vet tech, and Louie was surprisingly calm and comfortable throughout the visit. It was a great experience! The new office is beautiful, too. I can’t complain about the prices because vet care seems to be expensive everywhere, although the office visit fee did go up. 🐾❤”

“We have had such a wonderful experience with Riverside Veterinary Care on Columbus Avenue, especially during West’s first couple of visits. From the moment we walked in, everyone has been incredibly sweet, kind, patient, and genuinely caring.
West is a very young puppy and, as you can imagine, she can be quite a handful! The entire team has been so patient with her and has made every visit feel comfortable and positive. They take their time, handle her gently, answer all of our questions, and never make us feel rushed.
What has stood out to us most is how genuinely caring the staff has been toward West. You can tell they truly love animals and want both the pets and their owners to feel comfortable. As new puppy parents, having a veterinary team we can trust means so much to us.
We are so happy we found Riverside Veterinary Care and feel very confident knowing West is in such caring hands. Thank you to the entire team for taking such wonderful care of our little girl! “I can't recommend Symphony enough. The first time I took my cat here, we came to the awful conclusion that we would have to put him down, and despite being a first time patient, they treated him and me as if we had been a part of the Symphony family for years. Every step along the way, they gave me all the information with the perfect mix of empathy and pragmatism, and gave me as much time as I needed to process emotionally and think. They are also very transparent about pricing and understand that the cost of care can be a major factor in what kind of path forward is possible. A general check-up was $110, cheaper than a chain like Bond and with 100% more care and humanity in every interaction.”

Our just had CCL surgery which if you have had a dog go through this you well know its a commitment for recovery. “I had an emergency with my handful of Bengal cat lol. A friend recommended Riverside Animal Hospital. First, very convenient- two blocks from my apartment, big plus. Second, everyone is so welcoming and nice. From the front desk to the vet staff and doctor. I saw Doctor Kaela Toback, very knowledgeable and caring, which is a BIG plus for any animal parent. I highly recommend this facility. And unfortunately, fortunately, I will be returning soon; I'm SURE.”
“We had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Chan and his team. From the moment he met Giggio, Dr. Chan was incredibly caring, patient, and professional. Since this was our first visit to the clinic and Giggio has several health issues, he took his time to listen carefully, understand his medical history, and really look at the bigger picture of what could be contributing to his health concerns. We never felt rushed, and it was clear that he genuinely cared about understanding Giggio as a whole.
The nurse was also extremely caring, gentle, and attentive with Giggio. What really stood out to me was how comfortable he seemed there. Giggio is usually very nervous at the vet, but surprisingly, he wasn’t nervous during this visit, which meant a lot to me and says so much about the calm and caring environment they created for him.
This clinic was recommended to us, and we are so happy we found it. I would highly recommend Dr. Chan and his team to anyone looking for compassionate, thorough, and professional veterinary care. We are truly grateful for the way they cared for Giggio. ❤”

“Right before Memorial Day weekend, my cat came down with a high fever, lethargy, and was not eating. My cat's primary vet at the time, would not see her until the following day, and Steinway Court Vet managed to see her as a new patient in such short amount of time, same day. Dr. Ordas was incredibly patient and kind. My cat's case was mysterious and required a bit of testing over a couple weeks to get to where we are now. While not every test was performed here, Dr. Ordas recommended and guided me every step of the way. At one point, the Vet called me after hours to check in and recommend treatment. Always checking in. The staff as well! Can't recommend this vet enough!
We're a couple weeks into her new treatment and I'm excited to say she's doing so well. We've returned to a sense of normalcy and I am a customer here for life.”

“I recently visited Lincoln Square Veterinary Hospital and wanted to provide a positive review of my experiences! The front desk was friendly, professional, and helpful. My new rescue, Moose, received a new patient exam and received his first month of flea and tick medication for free. Later that week he stayed overnight for medical boarding after his neuter surgery. When I picked him up he was happy and I could tell was very well taken care of! It gave me such peace of mind knowing he was well taken care of while I had to leave town. I was also impressed with how reasonable the pricing was, compared to other vets I’ve used in the past. Definitely would recommend!”
