“Anna is the definition of customer service! She helped me find a jersey that I needed and went out of her way to see if a different Urban Outfitters had it in their store. I ended up driving to the other Urban and picking up the jersey which probably would have been sold out there unless Anna hadn’t called them to keep on hold for me. “First timer .. lots of options inside .. we saw so many suits and lots of different colors . Service was good . Nicely located within Menlo Park mall. Lots of restaurants and parking available .. it was just very pricey though .!! They have discounts but the original price was so much that even after discount it was expensive . Good colors . Liked it but pricey .”

“Conveniently located in Menlo Park mall. Cant believe I never went inside this shop. I really liked it this time. Lots and lots of men’s showrooms but H&M is really affordable. Price was really good . Got some tshirts for 9.99. And the quality was good.

“I’ve visited American Eagle three times recently while searching for jeans, and every experience has been wonderful. The entire team is kind, helpful, and genuinely focused on the customer experience. Even the employees behind the register aren’t simply ringing up purchases—they take the time to answer questions and help however they can.
Jasmine really went out of her way to help me find the right jeans, and I greatly appreciated her patience and attention. I’ve also interacted with Tyler, the Store Manager, more than once. He is incredibly engaged with both his customers and his team. You can immediately tell that the store has a positive, upbeat energy and that great customer service starts with his leadership.
There was also a very sweet and helpful young man who assisted me today. Unfortunately, his name slipped my mind, but my receipt shows KT5069, and I hope he receives recognition as well.
Every employee I’ve encountered has been friendly, attentive, and connected to the customer experience. Great teamwork deserves to be acknowledged, and this entire team is doing an excellent job!”

“I stopped at the DXL Edison NJ location on 8/6 to return an online purchase. The store was very clean and the clothing is displayed in a great pattern so it was easy to pick a couple things out that I also needed. Alex, the salesperson, was a great help matching a few items for me for color and fit. There was also a shirt I liked that wasn’t available in my size but Alex found it online and processed the order for me. It was a great shopping experience.”
