J.Crew offers excellent customer service and good advice, providing a nice and pleasant experience. Associates are very polite, professional, and helpful, offering many ideas and suggestions for putting items together. They have an appreciation for what colors and textures work for an outfit. The manager is very hands-on and assists where needed. The store has a modern selection of styles and provides warm, old-school service. Customers report it is the best in-store experience they have had in a long while and highly recommend it for personal shopping.

Came in to get a suit. The elderly gentleman who helped me to get the right fit and also the right advice was delightful. Pleasantly surprised by such a warm old school customer service. And they had a modern selection of styles.Highly recommend this store in the Short Hills Mall
