I recently ordered a Pillowsac Jr online and never got my cover. I was really confused with how online support was handling it AND they were telling me there was no way I could get. Not knowing where else to turn I went into the Menlo Park store. Even though he couldn’t change my order I left the store with many options on how to get the cover I wanted without spending any extra money.
Lesson learned, go to the store and don’t order online.”

Wendy was absolutely outstanding. She helped resolve an incredibly hectic situation with the Shifman Mattress factory after repeated delays, confusion, and endless rounds of phone calls.
