“One of my favorite stores they have very good sales. And they have access to wheelchair, which is very nice for my mom and anybody else that has a wheelchair or stroller to go into the store. Customer service is very great and they also have a fridge that they give you bottles of water and coffee, which is very nice for the customer service I give it a five star keep up the good work”

I recently ordered a Pillowsac Jr online and never got my cover. I was really confused with how online support was handling it AND they were telling me there was no way I could get. Not knowing where else to turn I went into the Menlo Park store. Even though he couldn’t change my order I left the store with many options on how to get the cover I wanted without spending any extra money.
Lesson learned, go to the store and don’t order online.”
