“I usually go to Valvoline in South Plainfield which is usually don’t have an issue with but I was closer to Edison today. So I went in with my Groupon and was helped by the assistant manager Joe! He was excellent he didn’t waste any time getting to the point of the visit . Joe was very thorough with his explanations and didn’t make me feel out of my element at all.(which I really appreciate) He told me what my manufacturers recommended services were for my mileage and which one was most important at the moment. Joe also changed my air filter and showed me that the old one was ready to go. So no tricks there and the pricing on the air filter was fair . (I know because I used to work at a parts store.) Thank you Joe for your service today! I really appreciate you and your crew !”
