“Kevin at the Rt 33 store is AMAZING!! Not only did he take the time to help us over the phone while we were trying to transfer my data from old phone to my new one he went above and beyond the next day. I went into the store and not only did he help me with the transfer of all my data that we weren’t able to do but he also took the time to help me import all of my thousands of photos off of my new phone onto my laptop which took a couple of hours. During that time we sat and talked about various things and he was very attentive. After some time of sitting with me and helping me a Spanish couple came in and Kevin asked to excuse himself to assist this couple, let’s just say Kevin, your Spanish is on point and you’re truly a good customer service guy!! Thank you again for all of your help! Don't forget to try the Delorenzo’s tomato pie we talked about!”
