“I came in this auto zone asking for a battery swap because my mechanic told me that the battery I bought it was defected, as soon as I walked in the store manager Ariel Sanchez asked me bunch of questions I explained it what was the issue and he decided to step outside to take a look, he ran a batt test and then he found out that my problem it was a wrong battery terminal installed he was able to make the charge of the terminal and now my car runs just perfect even when my mechanic couldn’t find out the problem he did thanks to Auto zone and thanks to Ariel Sanchez he save my day”
