“Super informative and honest experience. They walked me through the whole receipt of services after reviewing my repair request. My camera looked cracked and I intended to pay for that additionally, but they were great and just informed me it had to be readjusted versus replaced and they even took it off the bill. Best thing is they turned it around in 1 business day!!! Joe was a great representative especially.”

“I attempted to replace my 2023 MacBook Pro battery with some success, but messed up the connector to the ribbon cable, so it was not charging. A comparable replacement MacBook is about $4500 today so a repair is a good option. I brought it to Paul and he fixed it in less than 15 minutes, and charged me $45. I definitely recommend him, for both his expertise, and the entire customer experience. What was also noteworthy to me was that while in his shop, another customer came in and interrupted my session with Paul, while he was making the repair and finishing up. The gentleman appeared to be challenged. Paul was kind and gracious throughout the experience. I would recommend Paul to anyone who has computer or iPhone issues that need addressing. Good values. “I’d say one of the best repair shops in Tri state area when it comes to pro audio. Pretty reliable when it comes to doing the repair the right way and using genuine parts. There are closer repair shops but I take the 1.5 hour drive to go here instead because I trust triple s more.”
