“I accidentally locked myself out of my phone when I added additional security measures, (a pattern and fingerprint), to my phone, but couldn't remember what the pattern login was and was very frustrated with the amount of time I had to wait before I could try to figure out what the pattern was. The first time I did it, my phone switched over to the fingerprint login, but it reverted back to the pattern the next time I tried to login, and I was at my wits end!! Luckily, I had an old phone that I use for my internet backup, but I couldn't make phone calls or do texts on it. With it, I Googled some phone stores that were able to unlock phones and was glad that Hot Spot Wireless & Electronics was near my job. The majority of their reviews were pretty good, so I went to their store on my way home. Just in case I needed it, I brought my old phone with me, which turned out to be a good decision! The guys who helped me were knowledgeable and patient with me. Unfortunately, they couldn't get my phone back to where it was before I messed it up, but at least they were able to put it back to its factory settings so I can use it again. I was pleased that the process was done in around 20 minutes and I bought a SanDisk Dual Drive Go device from them to install data from my old phone and computer, just in case, God forbid, I find myself in this situation again. I'm pleased with the service I received and if I ever need the help again to unlock my phone, or even to buy accessories for it, Hot Spot Wireless and Electronics will be my go-to spot!!”
