I'd also like to thank Florencia the other sales rep for also stepping in and adding extra friendly guidance. “I accidentally locked myself out of my phone when I added additional security measures, (a pattern and fingerprint), to my phone, but couldn't remember what the pattern login was and was very frustrated with the amount of time I had to wait before I could try to figure out what the pattern was. The first time I did it, my phone switched over to the fingerprint login, but it reverted back to the pattern the next time I tried to login, and I was at my wits end!!
Luckily, I had an old phone that I use for my internet backup, but I couldn't make phone calls or do texts on it. With it, I Googled some phone stores that were able to unlock phones and was glad that Hot Spot Wireless & Electronics was near my job. The majority of their reviews were pretty good, so I went to their store on my way home. Just in case I needed it, I brought my old phone with me, which turned out to be a good decision!
The guys who helped me were knowledgeable and patient with me. Unfortunately, they couldn't get my phone back to where it was before I messed it up, but at least they were able to put it back to its factory settings so I can use it again. I was pleased that the process was done in around 20 minutes and I bought a SanDisk Dual Drive Go device from them to install data from my old phone and computer, just in case, God forbid, I find myself in this situation again.
I'm pleased with the service I received and if I ever need the help again to unlock my phone, or even to buy accessories for it, Hot Spot Wireless and Electronics will be my go-to spot!!”

My english isn’t very good and she is very helpful in spanish as well. I don’t usually write reviews, but everyone should get helped by this intelligent young lady. Ask for YAMILEX.”

“I've been going to this repair shop for the last couple of months and the owner does a pretty good job on repairing phone screens, computers, etc. i usually don't write reviews but I feel like this one is worthwhile. Definitely recommend this shop for any phone and computer repairs. In addition, he also does Vinyl for cars as well and other things as well.”
