My wife & I were at the store last week & had the ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE!!! For starters 3 times we asked for a sz 9 sneaker & 3 times a girl brought out the wrong sneaker, then the wrong sz on the right sneaker & then the right sneaker & would only give us 1 shoe. I am nearing 80 yrs old & need to try both shoes on. When I asked if I could try both on I was abruptly told No!!!! I wanted the sneakers but had just got to the mall & asked if they could hold them for me, they said 1 hour. I told them I could not walk the entire mall in an hour & said I would definitely be back before I leave. The Manager agreed to hold them for me. I came back within 3 hours & the sneakers were not held. I told the Manager he promised to hold them, he said he never said that, He lied to my face. The girl went back to get the sneakers & came back with the wrong size, had to wait another 15 minutes for her to bring me the correct ones. I asked if I tried them on at home & they were not good can they be returned, she replied NASTY, ABSOLUTELY Not, you wore them. I said I'm not wearing them outside & she said You tried them on in the Store. I have Never been treated with such DISRESPECT & I will Never return to this store. These people need to be let go & employees who know how to treat people need to be hired.

This is second time I visit.workers are lazy or ether discrimination to asian.i ignore every time I request. They said no size shoe.not one time.

I recently visited Finish Line with my wife, and I have to say, it was a very disappointing experience. The staff were incredibly lazy and unprofessional. Not only did they fail to greet us, but they also made no effort to assist us at all. Every time we tried to ask for help, they acted as if we were bothering them. It was clear they had no interest in doing their jobs or providing any kind of customer service. This is unacceptable for a store that relies on customer satisfaction. Needless to say, I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.

Good product with discount, unfortunately, the store staff needs to learn how to treat customers, I only found good treatment from one of them, the others seemed not to want to serve you I asked for a 9 and they gave me an 8, and I was leaving the store, when I realized it, I had to wait more than 30 minutes and to top it off they did not find the size that they had previously confirmed to me and I had to personally look at the tennis shoes on display to make sure that there was the size I was looking for! Only lack of friendly people from the rest of the store very comfortable and excellent prices. I was discriminated against for not speaking good English.

I had a lousy experience. Manager stated i could only try on one site from the display. I wanted a clean box shoe. The said they had a one shoe try on policy due to theft and now I felt like a theif. Lamar the manager was not accommodating at all. I wanted to try a fresh shoe but he refused telling me store policy was such...smh right next door are Ecco with shoes all over for customer try on. I walked the heck out.

Bad experience, very lack of service between the workers, I went in today to shop some shoes, but their was a guy worker who was being rude and didn’t wanted to give service to me due to him not being able to speak Spanish and saying “no hablo español” but that was no problem because we speak English too but still didn’t serve us. Our other issue was they couldn’t find the shoe size for five different type of shoes and their answer was we don’t have that size but they never looked. Hopefully you guys can improve in having better customer service.

Tall girl with dreads had a really bad attitude. She didn’t wanna help me or get me anything. She questioned me about the shoes or the size that I wanted. I went today around 4:30pm.

An employee who I’m assuming is manager, named Johnathan, considering he had all employees refuse to process our transaction was extremely argumentative and threatening to me and my group upon trying to make a purchase. He threatened us with security despite us acting anything but violently and aggressive. I would 100% never shop at this location or recommend anyone to do so either. The staff is all very young and obviously very inexperienced in customer service especially the young man named Johnathan .

I went to look at shoes today and the Employees were rude to me. First of all I wanted to look at a shoe and they got mad that I misplaced it by accident and the second time they were telling me that I’m not allowed to look or touch the shoes unless I’m buying. Worst costumer service if I could give it a 0 star I wouldn’t shop here employees are rude and have all nasty attitude.

Visited the store. Looking for prices for shoes with no tag ?? and the cashiers / Supv. Very unhelpful. I did the due diligence and found the shoe online which prompted them to check again. All that to say good customer service is hard to find. And to tug at your heart strings even more ? the purchase was for a child.
Shout out to all the stores that focus on customer service. (Just Not here ?)

Went in for an in store pick up …which went smoothly….but after picking up our order we was still shopping mind you while I was at the register waiting for my order my boyfriend was shopping to see if he might make a purchase as well not once did the man standing in ft asked him for help …..but I promise you every yt face that came in he was right in there face willing to get them a shoes size …..I really can’t stand sub racism

Nice guys finish first at Finish Line. Came to finish line to exchange a late Xmas present for a different size. Carla was very nice and helpful. They didn't have my gold & black Jordan in their store for the size exchange. The selections were fine but limited with styles I was looking for. Joseph was cool and accommodating and ready to get styles for me to try on. He went back and forth for me several times with a great attitude and willingness to help me find the perfect fit. Thanks, Finish Line employees.
