Nice guys finish first at Finish Line. Came to finish line to exchange a late Xmas present for a different size. Carla was very nice and helpful. They didn't have my gold & black Jordan in their store for the size exchange. The selections were fine but limited with styles I was looking for. Joseph was cool and accommodating and ready to get styles for me to try on. He went back and forth for me several times with a great attitude and willingness to help me find the perfect fit. Thanks, Finish Line employees.

Worst customer service! If i could give 0Stars I would. Everyone is unhelpful in there especially the manager Angelica. The Music is so loud that the associates can’t even hear what you’re saying while standing right in front of you. The music being played has profanity & curses in them while small children are in the store. I couldn’t believe it ! SAVE YOUR TIME & MONEY and go to footlocker !!!!

11/9/2023 Jersey Gardens location.Horrible customer service. My daughter bought sneakers after trying them on, later on she found out they gave her 1 size smaller. So we came back to exchange. We talked to employees, they made us wait for a while, were really rude and not welcoming. Long line with only cashier, it took forever to exchange. Never be back again.

Not only do they lack basic customer service skills, they also steal. I had a package delivered to this store and both managers made up an entire story on how they didn’t know what happened to my package. One manager even blamed the malls customer service desk as to the reason why the package was missing.If JD or Finish-line can’t guarantee the safety of in store pick up, then they should remove that option online.

Went there over the weekend tried to make a purchase with a gift card done it before in Finishline the manager on duty said never saw it before and didn’t even try to help her employee so I could make the purchase never shopping here again in Finishline in Elizabeth wouldn’t send anyone I know there poor service all together.

There was a girl, and if I see her again when then, she's really mean and bitter (a Latina). Avoid her when she's in the store.

Worst experience ever . Went back to school shopping chose over 700$ worth of shoes when I went to cash out I waited over a half an hour and the lady at the cash didn’t acknowledge me standing waiting for help. Over an hour of trying on shoes and when I was done no one helped. Worst place ever.

The two woman in the front who claim to be managers are clearly not in management, if so finish line has to retrain them in customer service. They were completely unhelpful in helping me process my Return. And got mad at me for correcting them with the details in which I paid for the item. This was completely unprofessional and I would never give you my business again

The girls working here today we’re extremely rude. Not worth going back. Go to a different shoe store at the mall that welcomes their customers without an attitude.

The absolute worst employees. I have visited this store on 3 occasions now and each previous time thought maybe they are just having a bad day. We all have them. However 3 visits in I am now sure that this is just the culture accepted in this store. Horrible attitudes from every employee that blatantly treat you as you are an inconvenience to them. Asking for a shoe size is met with complete disgust that I have had to interrupt a very loud and inappropriate personal conversation. Poor attitude given the whole time and when the guy returns he just hands the box and walks away back to the conversation I dared to interrupt. The whole time being stared down by the two sales staff. After deciding I would buy them solely based on that I liked the sneakers and had no time to go else where, I approached the cash register this time to have to stand and wait while a different female associate finishes her conversation with a colleague this time loudly discussing what a terrible company this is to work for and how hard they have it working there. Which from what I could see wasn’t that hard. 4 associates in a store where I was the only customer all stood around having personal conversations doesn’t seem that difficult to me. After standing there right in front of the register for a minute or so with no other customers in the store she turned to me and rudely asks ‘you finished’ as if me standing at a cash register with goods in my hand wasn’t signal enough that I’d like to pay. Not another word was spoken to me the entire transaction other then to rudely tell me to answer the survey. The whole time I was being checked out she continued her conversation with her co worker still discussing how terrible the job was whilst checking out a customer. Great customer service all around? I will not be returning to finish line

Hope I can give 0 star. I bought one pair online and came to return, one cashier said they don't have this pair in store and he will go to ask, and he just left never came back. the other cashier looks very unwilling to take over. She spent a lot of time typing very slowly, and asked me couple times what payment method I used, with very low voice I can barely heard her. I told her I used card and she asked couple times "only card?" Really speechless about the attitude, they look really don't give any shxt about what they are doing and the customers.

Would give ZERO STARS if I could. I received the wrong sneakers through an online order so I went to this location 03/11/2023 for an exchange. "Supervisor" Jeff a rude, smug, condescending Latino guy who resembles Super Mario without the mustache refused to give me an exchange because in his words"It will mess up my inventory!"I left the location spoke to customer service, the agent was shocked my exchange wasn't honored. I called this location the next day 03/12/2023. "Supervisor" Jeff answered the phone, I identified myself by name and that I was a customer. I asked for the name of the store manager due to my issue. Jeff refused to give me the manager's name because he didn't like the tone of my voice and hung up.I called customer service and was given the name of manager Iris Ramos & Disrict Manager Jonathan Diaz with no issue.I called the store back and Iris happened to answer. It seemed by the way she answered she was aware of my previous call. I identified myself and asked why Jeff refused to give her name. Iris defended Jeff's actions by explaining scammers have called before asking for manager names. So now paying customer are treated like criminal now?Iris couldn't explain why Jeff's reason for not giving me her name was different & why my exchange wasn't honored and reassured me I could get an exchange if I returned to the location that day, so I did.Unfortunately when I arrived Iris refused my exchange. To make matters worse "Supervisor" Jeff interrupted our conversation & began yelling and freaking out. Iris asked him to step away but he refused. It's clear Jeff has no respect for Iris as a manager or his job. "Supervisor" Jeff began posturing with body language as if he wanted to fight me. He did everything but try to deesculate the situation. Manager Iris lacks proper management and leadership skills. She allowed Jeff to scream at a customer on the sales floor in front of other customers. She also began to question other employees about the issue on the sales floor during the shouting match not helping but making it more cringe for everyone. Jeff began walking around the store pointing and staring at me next to other employees. The only thing more shocking than Jeff's behavior was the fact that he really thinks someone would be threatened by him. Jeff made sure to stand by the exit and on my way out he made another antagonizing comment to me as I walked out...SMH.This was the worst retail experience I ever had. I will never shop at any Finish Line again!!!!

Unprofessional environment and unpleasant experience on 12/26/2022 at Jersey Gardens Mall, Elizabeth, NJ. The cashier, Angelica (Hispanic with red hair) had an attitude with the customer in front of me and also with another customer during my sneaker exchange. She did not greet me as I went up to the cashier and just seemed so irritated. Angelica was also unpleasant to another coworker when asked to translate a word in Spanish - she just rolled her eyes. She lacked customer service and professionalism. I understand that personal life can interfere and the Holidays were hectic, but that is no way to treat others. Do better and I wish you well Angelica.

Would give 0 star if it’s allowed! The lady with purple hair is extremely rude, she just simply gives her attitude and act as customers owe her money! The worst Finish Line store we’ve ever been to! Company should really review the performance of this store, it’s hurting the brand for sure!
