Nike Factory Store at Jersey Gardens offers a large selection of items, but visitors often face long lines to enter. The store is very big and has everything customers might need. Staff members, like one helpful employee, go out of their way to assist shoppers, especially in finding sizes and deals. However, the store does not feel like a typical outlet, as prices are not much cheaper and some items are overpriced, with sneakers that may not last long. Shoppers sometimes question the authenticity of the Nike products. The shopping experience can be chaotic, especially when the store is crowded, with shoes thrown around and limited security. The store is very busy and can feel disorderly, especially during sales with high discounts. Despite the good selection and helpful staff, the overall experience may be affected by the crowded environment and concerns about store organization.
Store was a lil cluttered but I would like to attribute that to how many customers were in the store moving things around. But I'm thankful because I found a pair of shoes in an isle for $50 but rang up at check out for $60. They honored the $50 at check out . So thats great customer relations worthy of 6 STARS!

Today I was helped by this guy named Miguel. He was super helpful and literally went out of his way to help me out find my size. The store has so many good deals and stuff is very helpful.
