“Excellent customer service and sales help. Had interactions with 4 staff during this visit including the manager Erik. They were all very helpful and friendly. They have a great rewards program. Gteat selection for all ages. Good quality. I didn't purchase the black and pink Nike sneakers in the picture. However I have purchased 5 pairs of sneakers for my family in the month of June alone. Best store to purchase back to school sneakers. I highly recommend this location in Elizabeth Jersey Gardens Mall.”

“Yesterday my son and I walked into this Zumiez location in Elizabeth NJ, we walked in to just look around and we were immediately greeted by very nice and welcoming staff. We started looking at the skate boards and shortly into us looking, a gentleman that must've been the manager came up to us and asked offered to help, although I said we were just looking he still took his time and explained to us how it would work if we wanted to piece together a board, gave me options and guess what ? Because of the amazing service my son and I received, we walked out with an awesome skateboard put together by the associate (forgot his name) but he had to be the manager on duty. Thank you for the awesome service and skateboard ! Much appreciated”

“Nice guys finish first at Finish Line. Came to finish line to exchange a late Xmas present for a different size. Carla was very nice and helpful. They didn't have my gold & black Jordan in their store for the size exchange. The selections were fine but limited with styles I was looking for. Joseph was cool and accommodating and ready to get styles for me to try on. He went back and forth for me several times with a great attitude and willingness to help me find the perfect fit. Thanks, Finish Line employees.”
