SAKS OFF 5TH offers excellent discounts and superior designer selections, with competitive prices on top name brand clothes and shoes. The store is well organized and cleaned, with great sales. At Christmas, the light show and window decorations are excellent. However, the check out experience is often not great, with long waits and only one register open. There is not much assistance, and additional discount signs are sometimes not honored. The location has no bathrooms inside, and items cannot be returned there for a refund. Despite the inconveniences, customers can find really good deals.
