2/24/2026 - Cannot comment on the product since it hasn't been delivered. The order was placed on 1/31/2026. Still awaiting any indication that the item has shipped. No communication from the sender on when I can expect this item.

Order not fulfilled after 1 month. Only after I contacted them was a refund offered. Refund will take 2 weeks to process. Massive waste of time for what should be a simple transaction.

We received our chair and it’s beautiful! We paid for and had it delivered assembled which I highly recommend. Jacob did a great job with communicating with me and answering questions I had throughout the process. Thanks again and Happy Holidays!
