I wish I could give them a worse rating. They falsely advertised a chair I purchased as new, unused, over purchased stock from a company during covid. The chair they sent was heavily used, the armrest looked as if a dog had chewed on it for a year. The base had freshly painted silver spray paint that rubbed off on my hands and clothes. The upgraded casters I paid extra for, were completely missing. I immediately reached out to the company to let them know I needed to reject the delivery (which they wouldn't answer their phones), so had to email. I received an email reply 3 days later asking if i'd just keep the chair for a discount. I told them no, that I it wasn't the chair advertised and needed to be returned for a full refund. It took them almost 2 weeks before they sent me a return label, for which they are charging me to have UPS pick it up from my location. These guys are a loser company -- stay clear of them!! My next stop is BBB.

Customer service is a joke. I placed an order in January 2024, it's March 2024 and they haven't shippped my $8k in chairs. Customer service person, Jacob keeps saying "next week", "soon", etc. Then he tells me he'll cancel my order and refund when I haven't asked him to. He refuses to give me to his supervisor and no one answers the customer service number.

Placed Order Nov/10/23, As of Feb/22/24 still not shipped and they're stringing me along. Have processed chargeback via credit card. Avoid at all costs.

This company is a scam. Do not order from them. The chair arrived damaged and with the wrong parts.***UPDATE - I did receive my order late. I did receive a banged up chair with wrong parts. I was able to send back the chari to Seatingmind free of charge. I did receive a full refund. The return and refund did take awhile.

Do NOT purchase from this company. The Herman Miller chair I bought from them was defective. They wanted to send me a replacement piece that I would have to install myself. Rather than take a chance on that I chose to return the chair for a refund. They have charged a 20% restocking fee to restock a defective chair. The BBB reports on this company are horrendous. Do NOT buy from them.

Received the wrong chair. Shipping took way too long, and it was the wrong chair. Customer service is email only, unless it is sales.

Poor service, slow response, and is refusing to live up to their 30-day return process. The chair was $1000, and they did not send correct wheels or headrest. I asked to return the chair but have been ignored. Each email take 48 hours to respond so this will probably take months to resolve.

1. Ordered Steelcase Gesture chair 8/20/23 for $724.99 and had delivered on 8/28/23 2. Chair as it was damaged during shipping - got return approval on 9-21 after going back and forth 3. Shipped chair for refund on 9/27/23 and got delivered on 10/18/23 4. Refund "processed" on Nov 3rd and was told it could take up to 20 days for the refund to reflect. 5. It's now 12/11/23 and I still don't have my refund and since the minimum time limit for card disputes is 60 days this company has taken advantage of me. They strung me along enough to make it past the dispute deadline. 6. I've tried reaching out to them via phone, email and online chat - I get ignored and told to keep waiting.

Ordered an office chair for $575. Nearly 2 months has gone by without any updates. Can't get anyone via phone. No one responds to e-mails that have been received (receive auto-generated e-mails saying it was received and someone will get back to me in 48 hours). Nothing! Contacted the NJ attorney general, BBB and the FTC. If this happened to you, you should take the same steps! They have 145 complaints with the BBB in the last 3 years, and over 50 in the last 12 months.

I gave them a 1 star only because there are none lower. These guys are pure scammers, con men. Tell your family, tell your friends NOT to go anywhere near these guys. I placed an order over 3 months ago, they double charged my bank, refunded only one charge, and have refused to pay me back the rest of the money they took from me. SCAM - DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM SEATINGMIND.COM

If I could leave no stars I would. If I could leave negative stars I would. This is the worst company in the longline of bad companies. First of all do yourself a favor and google them. Every website has them with 1 star. Every review you find tells a horror story of dealing with them. If you look them up on Better Business Bureau, you'll find that they have had their certificate revoked. I bought one of their chairs in July. Received it end of July and within a month it broke. The cylinder and the seating frame. When I reached out to them they wanted proof, so I gave them proof then instead of replacing the entire chair, they sent me parts expecting me to fix it myself. One of the parts I even had to fight for because at first they weren't going to help me with everything. It was only when I reminded them of their 12 yr warranty that they reversed their decision and sent me the parts I needed. When the parts came I didn't expect the fixing process would be as difficult as it was but it was so difficult that they sent me a video that poorly walks you through fixing the chair and surprises you with tools that are a must have in order to fix the chair. So I had to buy tools I never intended to buy just to fix this chair. Then while fixing the chair and following the directions of the video they sent me the new cylinder broke.Now they refuse to replace my cylinder and are telling me I can buy a new one. Again their warranty is for 12 yrs and this is covered under that and yet they refuse to honor it. It has been several months now of me fighting them to honor their warranty but they refuse. Lenna the customer rep is one of the worst humans you will ever deal with. She cares nothing about helping you or even treating you like a customer. All she cares about is getting more money from you. These are horrible people that literally belong behind bars. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

This company is a total sham! Be aware! I ordered a Knoll office chair and the chair I received was used and damaged and missed special coasters I ordered as well. The customer service was basically non-existent and I was offered a 15% deduction in price and new coasters. What a joke. Judge from the pictures below! If I could give zero stars, I would.

If I could give a zero star I would. The chair I received was not as described on the site and arrived damaged. After attempting for 2 months to resolve these issues, the customer service rep Lenna told me I was doing it all intentionally "just to annoy them" and has since stopped replying. Now I am left with no recourse other than to dispute the charge with my credit card company. STAY AWAY!!

BUYER BEWARE!!! I ordered a Herman Miller Aeron chair that was listed as being new. Chair arrived very poorly packaged and in damaged condition. Details of the chair components were not genuine Aeron components. After some initial resistance, Seatingmind provided a prepaid return label. I promptly returned the chair and have delivery confirmation at their warehouse. This all occurred in April and have never received a refund in spite of multiple pleas. $999.99 down the tubes. My only mistake was not reading the many, many similar stories in reviews before placing my order. I wish there was some recourse that would ensure others do not suffer the same fate. TERRIBLE MERCHANT
