“Optical Services by Chris.We have gone to Costco, Lens Crafters, and a small shop within the Staten Island mall. Costco and Lens Crafters would not touch my wife's Fendi frames she owned. The small shop did, and my wife received them; they did not work correctly, and they stated that her prescription needed to be corrected, not the lens. We then went to BJ's and met Chris, and within a few seconds, he told us he could fulfill her prescription on her Fendi Frame. We waited while he finished up with another customer. During this time, I was looking at frames but wasn't there to purchase any due to just ordering my frames at Lens Crafters. Then I saw a deal to buy one frame, the second free, and found two that could work for me.While Chris helped my wife, I listened, realized Chris's knowledge and experience, and felt confrontable speaking to him about my two-frame going forward. At the end of the encounter, my wife had her frames ready to be processed, and I also had two pairs of frames processed. One frame was something I would have as a second pair, like the ones from Lens Crafters, and the other was a pair that Chris recommended for work only due to the amount of computer work I do, and progressives are the best type of glasses. I paid less than Lens Crafters for one frame with eyeMed insurance for the two I ordered at BJs. Granted, the frames are not Oakley, but the lens was much better on a few specs, such as a broader progressive angle and better-polarized transitions.The experience was so good we brought our two sons and purchased three more frames with Chris' help. We have all received our Glasses, and for every pair, Chris made sure comfort and proper expectations were done, and we are a happy family.”

“Y'all... This place is magical. I came in with a countertop dishwasher adapter that wasn't fitting my hose-with-a-spray-head style faucet. I had been to 2 hardware stores and stumped some weathered handymen until one of them recommended this place. It was a last ditch effort before having to mail back a 55 pound dishwasher to Amazon, which I dreaded with every fiber of my being.The staff here was amazing -- they spent 20 minutes looking for solutions for me. It was a complex problem and I could only bring the adapter with me and not the faucet head it was supposed to connect to (of which I had only pictures), but eventually these incredible professionals came up with a creative fix involving 2 additional parts for which I had to pay less than $10. Now I'm home and they fit! It works! Literally feels like a miracle. Thank you so much!”

“I ordered a shirt on Amazon to get to me by Christmas, but Amazon screwed up the two-day shipping and was going to arrive very late. I was in a major bind, and needed someone asap to print the shirt on the same day. Enter Naveed! We talked over the phone, I emailed him the design, and within two hours the shirts were printed! I requested the shirts at 10am by 2pm I had them in hand, incredible! In a city that has everything, I was really having a problem finding same-day screen printing for shirts. But Naveed got the job done, thanks again!”

“This beauty supply store is a very beauty supply store. I have been a satisfied customer for 20+ years. Today I went in to pick up some hair for me and my daughter's braids, hair gel, beads for decorating my hair. There is so much to see and each isle is stocked. Lastly, the customer service and product knowledge is wonderful and the employees make shopping a pleasure. They are very helpful and polite. I can say that I can never go in and not take the time out to browse. They also always makes you feel like an appreciated customer. “I have to admit I was mortified...I purchased the tires at this location and THEN read the reviews. I was disappointed to see so many people did not have a good experience and quickly became apprehensive towards the installation of my tires.
I had a 10am appointment and was checked in my 10:20. They called me to pick up my car at 11:30. I am writing this review to personally acknowledge Alejandra & Robert.
Alejandra checked me in and shared my concern regarding my inability to spend many hours waiting for my tire install. I was working remote and took my lunch hour to address this task and she understood the assignment. We agreed that if the car was not finished by 11:30 she would call me and we would reschedule. When that phone rung at 11:30? To confirm the car was finished??...nothing but relief.
Robert was the individual that walked me through buying tires at Costco many months prior to my purchase. I asked him to recommend as if he was shopping for tires for his wife - and that's exactly what he did. We agreed that when a sale came around I would give Costco a try...
Robert was there on tire install day. He remember me and our conversation. He looked up my car to ensure I purchased tires that would complement the specifics of my model and personally ensured the tires were installed correctly.
I am taking the time to write this review so that future folks have an opportunity to make a decision based on the experience of all of Costco tire center customers. Please purchase with confidence. Ask for Robert & Alejandra - you will not be disappointed.”
“Since the BJ’s app launched an express pay feature (not available for food stamps recipients.. yet) shopping has been quicker than ever. But if you’re paying with cash or food stamps go early. Parking spots for Online order pickups are always full with regular parked cars. My advice, go within their earlier hours and you’ll be good.”
