Went to this store on 11/23 and was rudely told by Darlene (who laughed in my face), Shay and the store manager Janelle that if I didn’t provide my email that I would not be able to make a return. I contacted Windsor corporate who confirmed that you do not need to provide your email address in order to make a return. I’ve been able to make returns without providing my email address and the fact that corporate confirmed this shows that they lie to all their customers to force them to provide their email address in the event they might have to return or exchange an item.

Cashier was NOT nice at all. Tried asking a question and she just answered annoyed. She said final sale, to which I asked why. Real dry as if she was irritated with the question, she replies, “ITS FINAL SALE”
Maam relax. I was just trying to figure out why. She wasn’t even answering questions, just dismissing me like I’m a bother to her. Lady if you having a bad day, stay home next time.

They had a sale for like between 7 and 15.00 and my wife went to purchase they try to say the boots were $50. Clearly trying to scam my wife. Not about the money. Just will not stand for a scam. This was clear. Not a misplaced pair.

Jersey Garden in Elizabeth NJ location.
Beware: the cashier is trained to notify you after purchase of the return policy. No returns or exchange on sale or clearance items including costume jewelry. I’ll be contacting the Commerce department to verify if this is good business practice.

Sadly I had the worst experience, I wanted to return a dress that didn't fit my daughter and they decided to put the dress on sale and it turns out that they can only give me back $7.00 of the $44.00 that I paid for it. Never buy from this store, it's the worst.

Today is the last day that I am going to buy in this store because the staff that works in this store were very rude to me. I was just looking at a dress and I asked a worker here, Where was the same dress and he ignored me when I was looking at the dress. The signs said do not touch, but I was not touching, I was just looking. This is going to be the last day I will shop at this store.

Just had a great experience shopping at Windsor at the Jersey Gardens mall. Needed a dress for my daughter. They were extremely helpful, very pleasant, and quite personable. My daughter found a dress that she liked at an amazing price.

Worse customer service experience ever. Manager on duty needs to be replaced and store manager needs to know when to show up and not communicate from the back. Will never spend another penny in this location. It sucks that they closed the location in Livingston NJ. Service was so much better.
