“The workers were super helpful and patient with me. I like that there is a parking lot and shopping carts (for the Acme). I used their scale to check the weight of my package and also needed a little extra time to pack up (tape, attach label, etc). I was with my two kids and the patrons were all nice and extra considerate to me. I will come back here in the future.”

“Nicest workers in any of the UPS stores I’ve been to. I used to be in Bergen county and moved to Essex county recently. Most UPS stores have had rude employees to be honest, but both here and the location in Bloomfield have kind, friendly employees with good customer service skills. Raj just helped me with an Amazon return and it was easy peasy. 10/10 recommend this Belleville location & kudos to Raj for being so sweet.”

“Due to being a fall risk with other physical complications, sometimes going to a UPS store with boxes can be difficult. On two separate occasions, I called the UPS Store In The Greenridge Plaza on SI, and asked if someone could possibly come to my car to carry boxes in to the store. The response was "of course" on both occasions. Not only did they help with the boxes, they offered to come out again with a receipt each time. Service truly with a smile on each of these occasions. Doing business with a company who goes the extra mile, to make sure to higher wonderful staff is very much appreciated. I would like to thank the gentleman for their kindness. “I visited The UPS Store in Millburn, NJ on March 8th and was incredibly impressed by supervisor Nada's exceptional customer service. She was the only staff member there but managed to handle multiple customers efficiently, all while maintaining a positive and helpful demeanor. Even when a rush of customers came in, Nada stayed calm and composed, ensuring everyone received the best possible service. I overheard several other customers praising her as well. “For over 10 years I used Scotty shipping in Brooklyn. But after they took over 3 months to send my barrel home last year, a friend suggested this place. And when I tell you the experience has been top notch! From the ladies in the office, to the fast efficient way they handle things & the great reasonable prices. They’re so reliable & my barrels always arrives in the Caribbean within two weeks. Been depending on them for a year now & have no complaints. Just wish they had a barrel pick up service in NJ!”

The team here will interact with customers and each other as they get through their lines. It makes waiting in line - which happens occasionally - so much easier. If you need help they are quick to resolve your issue, explain the solution in a direct but kind way.”

“This UPS location is the absolute best. I've been coming here about two years now. The staff is always polite, professional and helpful. I live closer to another UPS store but I drive a little out of my way to this location because of their customer service. However, I had a recent experience (October 2024) with the manager's wife that surprised me. He and she are of Asian descent. The other two staff members were busy with other customers, but she wasn't. She kept glancing at me but would not assist me. A white gentleman walked up and she immediately serviced him. That really surprised me, but I guess it really should not have given people are people and will show you how they feel about you by their actions. I actually spoke to the manager about his wife's behaviour but he keep assuring me her actions weren't what I thought they were. He really didn't know what to say because he kept repeating himself and could not explain why she did what she did. lol Overall, this is a really good location. I just ignore the manager's wife when I see her...and him, too. lol”
“Was so nervous to try out sending items to a family I knew in Ecuador because I don’t speak Spanish. I was instantly greeted with a bright smile from a gentlemen that eased my worries as he immediately realized and tried his best with the English he knew. He process all 7 boxes for me and explained everything so my next visit was seamless. I can’t thank him enough for his dedication and sweet demeanor making this less stressful!”

“Clean spot. I like this UPS Store. Only issue is, no parking. But almost everyone just parks in front and throw on their bazzard lights. I personally park with my passenger side wheels on top on the sidewalk. This block is a 2 way street with just one lane going each direction. No lane for street parking at all. But the staff is always nice. The people that visit this store, not always so nice. But you park, throw on the hazards and you're in and out. Place usually has 2 people working so you won't be in there long. No complaints and I'll always swing by.”
