He was very kind and happily answered all my questions, even gave me a small tour to see what unit may work best for what I need. “I have been to other storage units in various places. I rate the facility with a nine. It is clean and the units have enough space. The staff are courteous and helpful. I only wish they had another bathroom for a large facility. Thank you.”
“Storege places very nice people never had a problem . Workers there are very helpful to us as old people and caring for your stuff and containers. I appreciate them a lot. I wish more. Storege will be like them. They do the best they can that you always clean. The floors are always nice and shiny. You could go to every locker everywhere and everything is nice and clean Now as you know the other people who take advantage of them, but they always maintain their call and let them know the policy. I have my Storege for my mother there and I am very happy. They remind me if I forget they work with me if I’m going to problems but they always there for me and this is what I like About their storage . We need more people like them. It’s been quite a while. I’ve been with them and I’m very happy. Personally, I’m not related to them. I do not know them but the vibes they have a very positive towards myself and my mom. “So far it's been great!. The online application option helped me greatly since I work in NY, and can't make it for the office hours. Phone customer service was also very Profesional and helpedful. I reserved this unit and completed the application online. The prices are amazing compared to what I was paying for my NY unit. “freindly personell. Excellent security. THey found my lock was not completely secured so they opened the unit and took pictures and contacted us. THey went the extra mile in my opinion.
The halls are also wide enough to handle anything with nice size padded freight elevators and plenty of carts to assist,
THe only reason it was not a 5 star rating is that i could only access my unit by one door and it was a corner unit with a side door. WOuld have been convenient.”
