“Paul and his team are so kind and helpful. They helped me navigate a dispute with insurance over damages to my Rivian and they helped me get the repairs done in a way that kept my sanity. The work they do is exceptional. The best run auto body I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with.”
“Metro has been around for a reason, they don't cut corners and will make sure your car looks just as new prior to your accident. I have referred many here, and my latest is experience is better than my first. Cant say enough about this team from the front desk ( Kevin and Reed) to the boys behind the scenes. Rest assure you will get Top A-quality, all other body shops can't compete with Metro's quality of product and service. Thank you Metro, you guys Rock!”

“Marvin is definitely a rare found in NYC nowadays.
He is so reliable, honest, transparent and very communicative.
I reached out for a difficult dent to repair; what he quoted was very reasonable. He described why the dent is technically challenging to repair due to its position on the edge of the quarter panel; then when I took my car to him, he reviewed carefully again and assessed. He then worked on it for 4 hours!! non stop just to make it as good as possible for me. He also accommodated my other quick request taking advantage of on site with him to take care of. Result is very good by my standards yet the humble Marvin only claimed he has just “done his best”.
If you have a dent to fix and in this area, go there, no brainer.”
“I had a great experience at Eli’s Auto. The entire staff was incredibly friendly, honest, and went above and beyond to help me repair my windshield and inspect the vehicle in a timely manner. It’s so refreshing to establish care at a family run auto shop you can truly trust. Kol Hakavod!”
“Paul and Aimee are truly amazing. Paul and his crew fixed my Jeep up perfectly. They made this whole process a really smooth one. They did everything for me.. from calling and dealing with my insurance and getting me in a car rental ASAP. Also kept me updated on everything and was always very pleasant to speak too. I dont want to get in to another accident but if I did.. I have no worries at all with Paul and East Collison by my side! Thanks guys!”
“The sunroof wouldnt close in my sons Jeep Renegade, and in twenty minutes it was fixed for free! Very nice, welcoming people, honest.

“Not enough words to describe how seamless the team at pristine has made both of experiences with them. They had done Work on my X5 after a small accident about a year ago. I recently had an issue with a BMW dealer in Westchester and decided to call them and see if they can assist. they went over and beyond to get everything addressed quickly both times. I couldn’t recommend them enough !”
“Just dropped off my vehicle for repairs. Called beforehand with questions and Alex was very clear about the process, gave rough estimates of duration of fix. Drop off experience was very smooth.
Update:
Pick up was just as smooth. Received the vehicle with exterior and interior in very clean condition, and at full charge (guilty of bringing it dirty and very low charge). Damage is completely repaired.”
“Came here for NY inspection. The process was quick and easy and all the staff I dealt with couldn’t have been nicer. Will definitely return if the need arises”
“I can’t say enough good things about A&M Auto Repair! They tackled an incredibly complex job on my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee—replacing lifters, rocker arms, camshafts, and engine mounts—all with impressive speed and at a price that couldn’t be beat. I’ve trusted him for over a decade—ever since his father ran the shop—and I’ll keep trusting him with any future work. Five stars aren’t enough!”
“Highly recommend Tolimas Auto Center! Sam was super welcoming and helpful. They thoroughly inspected my car, clearly explained the necessary repairs, and gave me full freedom to choose which services to approve. Great service and communication!”

Their pricing was excellent, their work is flawless, and every single person I spoke with was incredibly kind and professional. Outstanding service from start to finish. I’m so grateful for their help!”
“This place is amazing. I came in with my grand highlander that had an attempted break-in. Franky is one of the owners and he is amazing. He is one of the best guys I ever met. He replaced the window trim within minutes and toyota charged me over $400 for just 5 minutes of work. Franky is an amazing guy. They been around for 40 years.”

“I had a great experience at this shop! My car is fixed and running perfectly now. A huge thank you to Kevin, Clark, and the shop manager—they were all incredibly professional, kind, and helpful throughout the entire process. It’s rare to find such honest and reliable service. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality auto repair. Five stars!”
“My car had rear damage on one side from a recent collision. Andrew and his team did a fantastic job in fixing the damage and completing ancillary repairs. In addition, Andrew and Car Kraft fixed a couple of small things that they did not ask any payment for. This was very considerate. It turns out, this is the third time I've had collision repairs done here (none of which were my fault ... really!). Thank you for your fine work each time.”
“Excellent customer service! Dina is the best, she assisted me from the beginning to the end of the service. My truck looks brand new after the repairs! Highly recommended”
