“I had run out of meds my 18 year old Siamese needs every 12 hours, on a Friday - the vet office never called it in until, after several phone calls, they finally called it in to Mixlab at 5:30 Friday afternoon. Mixlab, understanding my cat couldn't wait until Monday for his meds, had it ready by 9am Saturday morning. They initially told me they'd have it ready by 1:30 pm Saturday at the latest, but I received a call at 9am telling me it was ready! My first time dealing with them and I can't say how happy I am with the service and care I received.”

“Being out of the country, I needed a prescription transferred from my Monmouth County located pharmacy to a Bergen County pharmacy so that one of my children could pick it up for redelivery to me. I called the shop on a Friday and spoke to Nick. He immediately jumped into action and had the prescription transferred. On Monday, it was delivered to my daughter.
If this is the kind of service a total stranger gets, I can’t imagine how happy their regular customers are.

“I like the services this store provides, and the staff is friendly, efficient and professional.
One exception is on one of their managers, at the pharmacy side. I didn’t see his face or know his name, but recently I stepped in for a UPS package and had to listen to how badly (& loudly) he treated the staff. It was like a parent scolding a child in public, and I find that quite unprofessional. The staff were also quiet and obedient.
There should be manager training for these matters so that no one suffers public embarrassment.
The store and staff is very good however and I recommend it.”
