“I had run out of meds my 18 year old Siamese needs every 12 hours, on a Friday - the vet office never called it in until, after several phone calls, they finally called it in to Mixlab at 5:30 Friday afternoon. Mixlab, understanding my cat couldn't wait until Monday for his meds, had it ready by 9am Saturday morning. They initially told me they'd have it ready by 1:30 pm Saturday at the latest, but I received a call at 9am telling me it was ready! My first time dealing with them and I can't say how happy I am with the service and care I received.”
