After having an appointment cancelled and no luck with two nearby Walgreens pharmacies, I came in to Red Ribbon hoping for better luck. Though they were close to closing time and past when they usually administer vaccines, Hector was generous enough to accommodate me. The whole process was quick, smooth, and easy. “I had run out of meds my 18 year old Siamese needs every 12 hours, on a Friday - the vet office never called it in until, after several phone calls, they finally called it in to Mixlab at 5:30 Friday afternoon. Mixlab, understanding my cat couldn't wait until Monday for his meds, had it ready by 9am Saturday morning. They initially told me they'd have it ready by 1:30 pm Saturday at the latest, but I received a call at 9am telling me it was ready! My first time dealing with them and I can't say how happy I am with the service and care I received.”

“It seems this pharmacy has a lot of connections with dermatologists offices (no idea why). From my experience, it's basically a pharmacy with delivery services. I don't even know if they have a storefront. I will say, I don't think they deliver themselves (they have a third party deliver). So far, from the pharmacy themselves....experience has been fine. Transactional but in the best way. I didn't love that when I had a delivery issue, I had to call the pharmacy, who had to call the courier service, and then the pharmacy got back to me. But I guess that's the name of the game.”
