“I review very little but felt compelled to write this immediately after returning home from my service appointment today.
Woody, the service department manager(?) deserves the biggest shout out. It was a very busy day compounded by significant roadwork surrounding the dealership, which I’m sure was adding to wait times. I was initially told a much shorter duration of time than I ended up being there. However, I could tell everyone was doing their best to move things along and all staff were frequently checking on waiting customers. Because of the prolonged wait time, Woody went out of his way to accommodate me in ways he did not have to and were most certainly not expected of him. They’ve earned any future business from me and I’m extremely grateful.”

“The BEST autobody shop in the area! Look no further as you’re in great hands! Horace, the owner, is very knowledgeable and a lovely man. He will explain to you everything that’s wrong with the car and what solution will fix it. Everything is very cut and dry. I had more than one occasion where I needed a very large vehicle towed and he had the tow truck come to meet me in less than 30 min. He will handle everything for you. He also had to order specialty parts for my vehicle and install them and they were done to perfection (on 2 separate occasions for the same vehicle). He’s timely, courteous, professional, intelligent, and funny too! Look no further! He handles small jobs to big ones. Thank you, Horace!”

“My car wouldn’t start and I had to tow it to this auto shop! They worked on my car for a few days and couldn’t find any problem and the car started working. They could have made up something and charged me but they were honest and transparent with me and informed me of their findings and did not charge me anything! “I have had some unfortunate things happen to my car- the first time, I did get other quotes, but Jay's Garage was the best- they were reasonable, and got the car back to me in reasonable time.
Recently I had 2 hit and runs on my car which did a lot of damage, no need for other quotes went back to Jay's , they do great work, and are very pleasant to do business with . Kei Lee is very nice and helpful, and worked with my insurance company-

“First time at GOODYEAR in Englewood, NJ after my local shop in Westwood permanently closed and I was pleasantly surprised! After having difficulty with pricing and long wait times in the past at Westwood, I truthfully expected more of the same in Englewood. NOT SO! They honored my existing service contract from Westwood (free tire rotation with tire purchase), were repectful of my 12pm appointment despite the shop appearing quite busy and the job was completed within thirty minutes-OUTSTANDING! Additionally, I was met by sales associate Paul M. who acknowledged me immediately with a warm greeting and friendly smile and provided excellent customer service. My only minor complaint was that it was quite warm in the waiting room but I didn't dare say a word knowing that the staff were working hard in the bays without a/c on a ninety degree summer day. Overall, a great experience.”
