Our transaction was voided and the response from the employees were i'm sorry you have to rescan. How INCONVENIENT - We've been shopping here for years, there should be another way for you to help check out customers instead of asking us(after you've informed us to start packing up our things), and we're talking about BAGS of items. I go to customer service in which one woman was very quick to tell me "oh well you're just going to have to rescan", anyways nonetheless.
