“Daniel at your Inwood location has done passport pics for both me and 9 month old and did an incredible job. Taking a passport pic of a baby is no small thing, and Daniel had us out of there in 10 mins and under. The result is that my 9 month old now has the best passport picture I’ve ever seen ?”

My only regret is that FedEx has scheduled to deliver my package later than I expected. That would make my whole purpose for paying over $200 to ship my very time sensitive package all worthless. I pray that the delivery date changes to at least 2 days earlier. That would mean the world to me.
I have returned to give FedEx a thumbs up ? for an excellent delivery service. Since my last post, FedEx delivered my very time sensitive package two days earlier than previously scheduled. That made all the difference for me.

“Efficient and super-friendly staff. My go to place for packages. Today I had to resend a document package because I had forgotten to sign a document and the nice guy at the desk gave me a discount on the re-send. He also proactively monitors overnight package progress to make sure there are no issues. That is what I call professional service!”
“Randomly stopped in here to get something notarized. There wasn’t someone available but the person speaking to me was kind enough to let me know where else I could find a notary whether walking or driving. Long story short, you never know the day someone is having and them being helpful was a change of pace to how things had been going. A nice review is my small thank you.”

“I wish I got her name but there was a young lady who helped me a couple weeks ago when I missed my signature-required delivery by a few minutes. I gave her my information and she called me back when the delivery person returned so that I could retrieve my new phone that I was desperate to replace since mine was damaged. She was so sweet and it was amazing customer service. I promised to leave a review and I am more than happy to because of how accommodating they were on such a hectic day! Little things like that make a big impact and her effort is not lost on me.”

“Our experience in this store has always been positive; perhaps some of the bad reviews may be from customers who happen to be here at the same time with a lot of other customers resulting in longer lines / wait times. We needed to ship a large box to Canada. We were the only customers when we first walked in about 2 days ago and the staff member who assisted us was very helpful in itemizing the contents of the box for Customs Declaration (Government requirement, so unless you want your box opened / inspected by Customs, the contents of the box has to be accurately itemized). Shortly thereafter, about 10 more customers arrived within minutes of each other resulting in a seemingly long queue even with 2 other staff members serving other customers; 1 woman in line seemed to be in a hurry, and I get it that we all prefer not to wait, but sometimes it’s unavoidable.”

We needed to ship the contents of my daughter’s 1-bedroom apartment cross country and Bryan was helpful on the phone before I arrived —suggesting the best times to come and to ask for him when I got there. He really put me at ease. He was so very helpful when I arrived, and took great care in the processing of 27 boxes. He also brought me a chair and I plugged in my phone when it died. I highly recommend this location for shipping…Bryan and his team were so professional and kind. Side note: I learned the hard way that it doesn’t make sense to use the UPS at the Staples Store for a serious shipping project.”

“There are not enough words to describe the delightful, efficient, warm and amazing service we received from Johanna the Manager.
She navigated through, multi tasking and assisted everyone especially the elderly that needed that special attention.
I was skeptical to go to FedEx thinking it was so expensive but I needed the documents to arrive on time and was willing to pay the additional price; only to find out I had numerous options that worked with my budget.
Johanna provided us with that individualized value added service, I give her high commendations.
Companies in service and retail should learn from her especially in NYC with her sincerity and honest leadership style, operational efficiency, and ability to foster a positive environment during high-stress and peak periods, mind you she was by herself am sure there were staffing shortages.

I was there in the morning last week. There was at least 6 people ahead of me then eventually some behind me. He was alone in the store but maintained a great attitude. He directed some people to the kiosk for Amazon returns. He took care of everyone’s needs calmly and politely. Drew is a true asset to the team and his dedication to customer satisfaction deserves recognition!”
