“Jovian and his staff were outstanding. I have competed in triathlon for 25 years and was looking for new bike. I have healthy base knowledge of products and sport and these guys were on point. Did not try to sell me something just to make the sale rather he sold bike that was best fit for me. Took time to get me on trainer and road to ensure the size and frame were proper. Highly recommended.
Update : picked up bike today. Jovian spent 2 hours meticulously ensuring every millimeter was fit to my needs, comfort and expectations. Before I left he again did a wheel to wheel inspection. Most importantly, he knew I was headed home for a ride. When I got off bike I received a text from him again making certain everything was perfect.
