“Revising a previous review- originally was upset my wife got talked into buying the platinum protection. Two months later our new table started to bulge above the main supports. Now I feel like an idiot for initially not wanting the coverage. Haven’t got it fixed yet but I can’t imagine it won’t be covered. Will update once it’s resolved.”
“Excellent service. Jonah was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything perfectly. Had me try several options to figure out what worked for me and worked with my price range. He answered all my questions and gave extra information that helped me make a decision. I didn’t make my purchase that day. Next day I went to another store to compare, and it didn’t match up. Came back and Jonah wasn’t there, but Frank was just as excellent. Told him I was there the day before and knew what I wanted. He had me try one more option just so I was extra sure on what I wanted. Made my decision and he made the purchasing process easy, simple, and quick. I dreaded mattress shopping, but coming here made it so easy and I didn’t stress at all. Excellent service and mattress.”

“Lumberton Jaron’s - Valerie and Caitlyn were extremely respectful and helpful. I browsed in the morning (Caitlyn) and came back early evening with husband (Valerie). Both of them allowed us the freedom to look, sit, tryout without “hoovering” so we could make our decision. We selected our furniture and placed the order. Went home and pulled out measuring tape and realized the sofa was too large aesthetically. The next day amended order to two loveseats (already good size) seamlessly and delivery was maintained for 4 days later. Very pleased overall.”

We picked out our furniture it was scheduled for the next week we never heard from any we called they told us we were not scheduled it was disappointing they had a new system they were using and it was not working properly

“Wow--what a wonderful find along the road we were on! Creek Mercantile offers antiques, vintage, and some new decorative items. Everything is attractively displayed... It's the kind of shop where you walk into certain sections and you want EVERYTHING! Home decor, vintage furniture, greeting cards, many decorative items. I'm not finding the right words to describe it, but I will post 6 pictures which should give an idea of how attractive everything was! Definitely somewhere I intend to visit again!”
“We found Nehlig’s after unsuccessful visits to large chain furniture stores. Compared to them, this family store was a breath of fresh air. The employees are all family members and are helpful without being pushy. The selection was much better with higher quality furniture. For the kitchen table, chairs and bench we purchased, the price was considerably better than the chain store. Best of all, the delivery time was 2 weeks earlier than we were quoted and it was extremely easy to schedule. Furniture looked even better in our home than in the store. We are looking forward to shopping at Nehlig’s again.”

“Just want to say my experience could not gone better with my purchase of a table and bench.After a period of time we noticed a Crack in the bench.I called was told to take picture of Crack and I was driving past one day went in talked to the gentlemen at the desk they looked at the pictures I took.Then I was told how about we stop at your home and swap out the damaged one for a replacement benchi could not have asked for a better respnse they were here Mondsy took the bad one and replaced with new one.I would highly recommend HOWARD HILL FURNITURE to anyone who was looking for a place to buy some furniture. Hello again everything I posted above is true also on April 17th I purchased a couch and love seat and my experience was great friendly people in the store I had a problem with the kitchen bench I bought I was told the men delivering my new furniture would pick up my bench and fix it at the store.I was called yesterday and told it was done and would be bring it back.As far as the 2 delivery men could not say enough about there professional handling of my new furniture and communication with me and my wife very nice and respectful 2 very nice men I would highly recommend Howard Hill Furniture to anyone wanting to purchase furniture. “I first learned of the this chain of stores about four years ago from a friend and former co-worker...and love it. Honestly, I wish there was one in the Plymouth Meeting or King of Prussia area as the other one that's closest to me as the crow flies is up 611 and I'm in East Falls in Philly. It's what you'd expect from a big-box store that specializes in home goods and furnishing, but a much wider selection that the smaller strip mall variety. Can't say I walk out with something every time I visit, but honestly I usually leave with at least some inspiration or better idea of what I'm looking for when it comes to a home furnishing solution or need.”

“Ethan Allen had their sample sale during the month of June. I’ve never shopped a sample sale anywhere so I wasn’t aware what it entailed. Previously, in early winter, I stopped in to look at bedroom furniture for my son but fell in love with a dining room set. A dining room set that I wasn’t really needing but completely loved. Briana, drew up an invoice and told me to give her a call if I had any questions. She was not pushy, just professionally nice. I told her I wanted to wait. In June, she called and explained the sample sale, told me how I can get my hands on that dining room I fell in love with. She asked if I was still interested and again was not pushy, just a simple question. We got in to a whole conversation, she listened and told me to go in to the show room. Briana exemplifies patience. I had many questions, she pulled fabrics, had pictures printed of the complete dining room set, sat and waited while I looked through everything. She offered advice, and not just as a salesperson trying to seal a deal but like a relatable friend who has plenty of experience and can bring together the whole vision of a simple but beautiful dining room. Thank you Briana, for helping me through out the entire process. You are professional, kind, patient and a well rounded human who is EXCELLENT at your job.”

“What a pleasant experience from the second we walked in the door! Stephanie couldn't have been more helpful, any questions we had, and we had a lot! We had no intention of actually buying a couch today but after Stephanie's knowledge and just seeing what a superior product a LoveSac couch is we had no other choice but to buy. The price is a lot higher then a normal couch but this for us is an investment and most likely the last couch we will have to buy. I look forward to getting the couch and trying it out!
