“I went to this location in December 2022 and I was looking for very specific things for my 5 kids. Family and friends for Christmas. I walked in the front doors and BOOM, literally RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME where you first walk in was the most PERFECT 24INCH BIKE FOR MY SON. I WAS IN SHOCK that they had this one and only bike sitting right at the front where all these other toys were on a table. I looked the bike over and there was only a little scratch which I fixed with black spray paint. The bike is normally a $500 bike but I GOT THE BIKE FOR $120!I was looking for a specific high end blow dryer round brush a specific brand. They have A HUGE SELECTION of EVERYTHING BEAUTY RELATED including so many different types of blow dryers and I FOUND THE EXACT ROUND BRUSH BLOW DRYER THAT MY DAUGHTER WANTED ON SALE ONLY $29, ONLINE RETAIL IS $39. She loves it and it makes the Revlon ones look like?.I found some of the best NIKE and Adidas clothing Joggers, Pullovers, Sweat Pants, Hoodies, Socks and more between $9.99 to MAX $16.99 retail prices online in the Nike Store are between $29.99-$89.99. They also have the best selection of men's winter gloves THE REALLY NICE ONES for $20 to $40 and snow suits ect. Their winter coats are SO NICE! They don't have a huge selection of toys but the toys they do have are the most popular toys that are typically very expensive.I did do some holiday returns and walked around the store and I found one Gaming Head Set,"R TechREBELLION HYPER ADVANCED WIRED GAMING HEADSET PULSE" that's compatible w/ EVERY TYPE OF GAMING SYSTEM there is ONLY $16 RED TAG SALE!!!My boys said the headset is better than their Ps5 head set because some of the features it has that the expensive Ps5 headset doesnt have.For CHRISTMAS/HOLIDAY SEASON 2022 I found this location to be quite clean and organized for it being the holiday season. They were VERY WELL STOCKED and STAFFED PERFECTLY for 2022 CHRISTMAS CROWDS! In years past the check out lines were way too long, at least 1 our wait to check out. 2022 line was still very long however, every register was open and they had only the fasted employees working them. I only stood in the approximate 50+ pp deep line for no longer than approx 5-8min max.LOVE THIS LOCATION, SELECTION, CUSTOMER CARE AND WILL BE SHOPPING THERE MORE OFTEN!”

What surprised me, is not only was I able to find exactly the perfect assortment of gifts for a gardener friend...but also the impressive customer service. At the check out line, I was behind someone in a scooter due to some disability. The cashier went out of his way to show the lady to an easier accessible register. He could have stayed at the register he was at, and the person in the scooter would be able to manage. However, he took the extra steps, and the courtesy to offer her an easier checkout experience. It was a kind gesture, and the cashier obviously knew a thing or two about customer service. I encountered a pleasant check out experience as well only moments later.”

“This is a review based on a visit to Macy's about 3 years ago. For Christmas I wanted to get my girlfriend a new bottle of her favorite perfume. Unfortunately I found out it had been discontinued by the maker. So I had the idea to find something similar!I put a tissue in a zip lock bag and sprayed a bit of her perfume on it and headed to Macy's. I went to the fragrance counter and asked a woman if she could help me and explained my dilemma. Literally within a minute or so she had gathered probably 8-10 other women that worked in that department and they were discussing different perfumes. It was absolutely amazing. They talked about it for a few minutes and eventually led me to a few different perfumes before they and myself settled on one that was virtually identical to the one my girlfriend loved. When I saw her reaction on Christmas Eve after explaining how I found her new current favorite perfume it definitely made the effort worthwhile.Where else would you find that level of service than Macy's?”

I ordered some clothing for in-store pickup and before I made my way over to the pickup counter I browsed around a bit.
